Offensive(?) Names for Sports Franchises

Currently the NCAA is embroiled in a debate over the use of school/mascot/team names that make reference to American Indians. I've always felt the best names are ones that are reflective of some local aspect of the community they represent. Consequently, I like "Florida State Seminoles" and "Univ of No. Dakota Fighting Sioux". Which of the following do you think would be (or is) clever/acceptable or simply offensive? 1 = Great; 5 = Insulting

Star Rating Scale: 1 = Great / 2 = Not Offensive / 3 = Marginal / 4 = Offensive / 5 = Very Offensive
