Barbarian leaders and notables, mostly from Roman times but a few others as well. I realize that some of these were leaders of kingdoms and even substantial civilizations, some of them less "barbaric" than the Romans themselves, but my designation of "barbarian" follows from what the Romans would have called them. Note that not all of these necessarily existed; my attempts to recover tape backups from the times haven't been fully successful. Rate five for significant or interesting.
