Credit Cards for many are distructive. With interest rates exceeding 29% on many cards, people can find themselves in debt that will take 20-30 years to pay off. The companies don't care about you as an individual, they charge you many times over what you use. Do yourself a favor and tear up your cards today, call your creditors and ask them for a % reduction so you can get out of debt. They may or not do this, but many times they will.
