Cooking Thai Food

Many people come to Thailand and want to learn to cook Thai food. Here we will show you by on line video how it's done. Each dish will have a recipe and tips so you can print it out and follow along while watching the video. Your teacher is Thai Chef Mr. Chanrat Karatna, nickname Air, the owner of Air's Thai Culinary Kitchen. You will listen as he talks about each dish while his staff cooks the dishes. We will then see the students cooking each dish.
