How Will The U.S. End Their Involvement In Iraq

Everyone pretty much agrees that its time for Iraq to get their act together...sooner than later. We need to draw down troop levels, but how? Please, lets not debate the reasons for invading, we're there, how do we get out. Suggestions welcome.
