Buying a House: What to Expect from a Realtor

I'm a Realtor in Duluth, GA. Like may professionals, I hope that I have my finger on the pulse of what's happening, but lately I have found myself asking the question: What do people expect from their Realtor when they're buying a house?

Star Rating Scale: 1 = This doesn't matter much to me / 2 = If I get this that's cool, if not I don't mind / 3 = I can take or leave this / 4 = This is on my list of wants / 5 = This is the most important thing
