I don't know if Numbah already made such a list yet (if he did, I'll delete this immediately) but I actually thought about this while commuting to work one day. Here's a list of stuff that you may need if you want to be an evil overlord. If you have any suggestions to this list, don't hesitate to add them to the list. 5 = MUST HAVE!
