Criteria for Success

When I look at the top, sometimes I can clearly see how the top executives got their jobs. But in some cases I ask myself "what the f* is that person doing in that position?"

Star Rating Scale: 1 = Terrible / 2 = Bad / 3 = Ok / 4 = Good / 5 = Great!
