Most Ridiculous Lawsuits

(5 = Ridiculous; 1 = Seems Justified) Whether or not it's indicative of a shortcoming in our legal system is up for debate, but there's no denying the increasing & widespread inclination to sue in the U.S. Suggestions welcome, as I'm sure I've overlooked quite a few.
