    Talk about fantastic service! Fantastic prices and awesome service.I ordered some wheels and tires for my husband for Christmas. I didn't know which rims to pick out and the sales associate introduced me to the wheels visualizer. I was able to see how the wheels look on my husbands car before purchasing.     afer purchasing rims and tires from wheelsnext i started to read some of the reveiws and immediately started getting paranoid so i began calling within a week of my order and to my surprise they were not as terrible as some of these reveiws state even though i was clearly being paranoid by calling before my order was scheduled to arrive.still a little paranoid i called the next week they were still patient with me and was not rude or seem frustrated that at this point i was almost harassing them.i received a call from them one day before the wheels were scheduled to arrive and was told that the tires i ordered were not available so i immmediately started thinking,uh oh! here we go,but to my suprise i was given a choice of two alternate tires at no extra cost and i chose a set that were actually a little better than the ones i originally purchased,the rep then told me that the order would be shipped the next day>two days later i received a tracking number and a week later(i live in conn...     Well unfortunately, i looked up reviews about the company after ordering my wheels and tires so I ended up giving them a shot. I got kinda nervous after seeing all the bad reviews. They were a little late on delivery but I got everything that I had ordered.

    I did a lot of online research before buying wheels and tires for my 2006 Infiniti G35. I finally decided for the R1 Racing Drift 20" x 10" in the rear and 20" x 8.5" in the front. WheelsNext price was unbeatable. So, for the whole package (wheels and tires) my total order was $1,820.00 with free ground shipping. Of course I wouldn't buy online something for that amount without doing background check on them or anyone else. I saw a lot of bad and good reviews about them and made me worried. So, I decided to investigate further and turns out that majority of the bad reviews on complaint sites are from theirs competition (probably mad on theirs cheap prices policy). The bad reviews I read from them on car enthusiasts forums were all either too old or theirs customer service was there trying to solve the issue and arrange a solution for the problem.     I can't review this company because I didn't order from them. I was just about to, i found a sweet combo set I wanted and at a kick price. But like always before I buy from any company I search down the reviews and after what I found here I sent them an email. It was a polite one but i informed them that I was going to roder but after reading all the bad reviews I didn't trust their company enough to risk it. While it does seem there are some good reviews for the business it looks like those people just got really lucky and didn't end up with a nightmare. I know my luck isn't that good and 1500 bucks isn't that easy to come by. I would just like to say thanks to all those that took the time to let people like me, people that havn't ordered yet, know the risk they were facing.     I have my current wheels and tires from them. Bought in 2008 and found Wheelsnext after researching other stores online, placed my order using my Paypal account. Right after I received an email from them requesting my telephone number to verify my account and vehicle information. I called and the customer service guy, named Ralph, was very nice to me. He explained how wheels fitments works and also offered Road Hazard Warranty. He also offered to replace the rims I ordered for another one they just received from the manufacturer and that had biggest lip on the market for my car. I accepted and my car looks amazing! I see some bad reviews online but seems they are always willing to solve any customer issue. I would recommend them to anyone I know!     I believe this company has a few haters out there trying to give them a bad rap. I to was nervous because of the reviews out there. Couldn't be more wrong. The rims I ordered were hard rims to find every one was out of them. Wheels next found them for a good price and delevered them on time with tracking numbers every step of the way. I know when I purchase my next order for rims I am call them back.

    I ordered from Wheelsnext.com and I live in Canada. 3 weeks later I called in for my tracking numbers and recived them but i had to wait an extra 4 weeks to recieve my goods. Now that I have got them I found out that my TPMS kit is missing. They also say that they have the 100% balancing but all they do is put sticky tape on the back of the weights. This is perhaps the worst customer service I have been through. I highly recommend that no one orders from Wheelsnext.com

    Do not do business WheelsNext. They claim fast shipping and the sales rep will happily tell you the item is "in stock" just to make the sale when the item is really not in stock. Its been weeks since I ordered the "in stock" rims that ships in 24hrs and have not received it. The customer service dept. ignors your e-mails and if you call them they are very nice and will tell you what you want to hear but in reality they dont care once they get your payment. When I called weeks after not receiving the rims they advised I would receive an e-mail that day with the tracking number but got nothing. Very unprofessional company. Next time I will order from Tire Rack.

    I went online to find a new set of wheels and tires after going to several local tire dealers because I was not able to get the tire dealers to give me their undivided attention while trying to select the best fit for my car. They were to busy trying to take care of people walking in for oil changes etc. After calling several online places I tried Wheels Next. I was not able to get the selection I wanted from the other online places-out of stock on anything cool. The customer service guy I spoke with seemed pretty knowledgeable and they even had what I liked in stock. I'm not waiting 4-6 weeks for a new set of wheels. I read the reviews after I ordered and thought what did I get myself into. Well to my surprise after reading the reviews I was able to speak with customer service and they were very concerned when my shipment did not arrive exactly on time.     I only gave them one star because I didn't see a option for zero. I only wish I would have researched them before my purchase. Took serveral weeks longer then they promised only to have them screw it up with the wrong lugs. Had to purchase my own, couldn't wait for them again. Now I'm trying to get some reimbursement for my loss and they are playing games with 15 min. wait times on hold, for customer service, only to tell me again that they are waiting approval from a very busy manager and to call back in another week! Maybe the customer service manager wouldn't be so busy if they were not constantly messing up!!! Don't Do Business with Them and tell everyone you know. I AM.

    Stay away from wheelsnext.com. They scammed me out of 171.00 on a 640.00 purchase! I have reported them to the BB and am fighting to reverse my CC charges. I ordered a set of 4 polished rims because i live in Chicago with salt and snow..They didn't have them available and shipped me chrome rims without my consent or knowledge. I refused them when they arrived because i never ordered chrome wheels. They kept 171.00 of my 640.00 purchase as a restock fee saying I was lying and authorized chrome wheels to be shipped which I would NEVER EVER agree too due to salt on Chicago roads. So beware…..they ship you what you didn't order and charge a ridiculous restock fee knowing that you will return the incorrect order! Fraud at its best! Wheelsnext.com = Fraud & Scam Artists

    I ordered a set of wheels and tires from wheelsnext on June 30, 2008. An email was automatically sent to me saying they would respond within 24 hours. One week later I got tired of waiting for them to call, so I called them, they told me they lost my order. So I placed it again, and inquired about a free gas card promotion they were running, they assured me I qualified, as long as I spent over $1500. I added a few extra things to my order to make it over the $1500, I went with premium tires at $200 more. I paid for the order with my credit card, they told me I'd receive an email when the order shipped, (within 1-2 days). I waited another week and a half, still no email, so I called them again. They informed me that they lost my order AGAIN. They said they were going to ship it today! 2 more days pass, and I get a phone call from wheels next, explaining they do not have my rims in stock, they need to order them from another store.     I purchased the wrong set of tires/wheels (tried to surprise hubby) from WheelsNext and trying to send them back and order a more expensive set has been a losing battle! Just trying to get through to a "live person" takes anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes. Then they pass you around to other depts and before you know it, you're on ETERNAL HOLD and an hour and 30 minutes of your life has been wasted! This the the worst online buying experience of my life and will never do business with these guys again. Can you believe they had the nerve to tell us not to call back again and they will call us when they have the info we need?! Unfreakin' believable!!! I also wish I would have done my due diligence and researched this company before I made the purchase. Buyers beware is all I can say!

    didnt send the right wheels. sent them back. waited 3 months. Had to pay shipping! When i purchased insurance for 120 dollars and put a claim in, they would not return calls. they would not email me. they would claim they never got my email. I even sent them physical copies of the pictures they requested in the mail and they still ignored my claim. these people are absolute theives. they do not deserve anyones money and their building should burn to the ground.

    Please don't buy from them! I paid 1500$ for a wheels/tires package and they didn't even send me the tracking number or any news after I paid. Everytime you call them, they put you on hold for a long time and when you ask them what's going on with your transaction....they say: "we are processing your order"......"we had some shortage on stock"......."we will ship your order soon"........still no news after 3weeks of wait and I think I'll call my credit card company to cancel the order if I don't get any news in a few days.....please don't make the same mistake on buying there!

    terrible customer service - and i mean terrible. nobody answers phone, lots of time on hold, and then they argue with you. google them (wheelsnext - don't put the .com) and read all the complaints. Many, many, many. ONly wish I hadn't purchased from them. Live and learn...never again.
