This board is the best board I've ever gotten in my life but the only reason it snapped is becasue i treated it like crap and grinded too much so if you were deciding to buy this board i would definately say you should its AMAZING

alien workshop decks have nearly nothing wrong with them, i got the rob dyrdek strobe series one which is 7.5 it has a mellow concave but you can get much deeper ones if you like a steep concave they are very thin though but they have so much pop (and it's not even a moonpop!) that i wasn't used to being in the air for that long and bailed out, i'd give it a 9/10 they're much better than element, flip, blind and karma

ive been skating for 4 months and it is still in awsome shape. all it has is a razored tail but it was my first board so i didnt know that u dont stop with your tail. wicked boards, they have the highest pop out of all my friends boards. once my friends tried my board they want to go and buy one. i would recomend these boards to any skater street or vert. these boards last hella long and pop hella high. they dont razor tail fast, as long as u dont stop with it wont razor that fast.

well first off it has amazing pop and great shape mellow dips but deep concave so yeah but it does not chip easy so thats good but after about a month of skating it loses like 60 percent of the pop but still good. it is not heavy either only 58.00 bucks at my local shop. if you see one and you like the size and graphic i would recommend it. i say 8 out of 10 stars over all just because it's shape is weird at first and also because it razor tails easier than most boards i have had but i have also had it for almost two months so thats why

when i first got mine i realized that it was way more flexible than my old mystery skateboard and that it was lighter to. it has good pop. but after about two months of skating the screws holding my trucks together fell off and then the plys started to seperate around my nose and tail

after the unavoidable wal mart set up, i had an alien workshop for my first real deck. Mostly because dyrdek was (and still is) my favorite pro i bought his model and began to learn one trick after another. Sick pop, graphics (although they wear away really fast), concave, and everything. if theres anything not great about them its that mine got razor tail prty fast because i was a kid and didnt know the consequences of stopping with my tail. other than that, defineately a reccomended buy.

Alien Workshop Skateboard Decks Shape: Medium Concave. On my particular deck the nose was much wider, longer, and steeper than the tail. I tried out my friends Alien Workshop and it was not at all like this. Flicks are very easy on these decks. Pop: When you first pop an ollie on them, it feels like you rocket into the air. After awhile though, the pop starts to fade. Strength: These feel solid under your feet but not entirely stiff. These decks tend to chip and get razor tail semi-quickly. These boards aren't known to last the longest of all the companies. Graphics: They have cool graphics. Some of them are weird, but their new moonpop boards are sweet. I guess it depends on what is your taste, but I really like these graphics. Overall: I would recommend these boards.

Great skateboards, lots of pop, and very light. I skated with the same shorty board (7.25 X 28) for about 4 years I believe. I never got a credit card (when the board pops up and lands straight up, leaving you to hit your nuts) from the board once, because it was too short :D. But recently it kicked the dust. So I bought a new board from my local shop, but I couldn't afford another Alien workshop board ;(. Totally recommended to any type of skater.

I've been skating in mine for about three months and I gotta say that it's still in great condition. Still has shit loads of Pop but it's the X-Band. It's really good and has really good flicks if i were to start off with this board I would probably have a really good chance and i'm sure I'd be better. I'm not exactly a really good skater but with this board I've learned a lot of my tricks in it. The concave is great and won't flatten out one bit. I regret nothing with this board and I would recomend it to any person. If there was anything else I had to say then you would have to check them out their a really great bored and not one bit bad.

I would like to start off by saying that AWS is not for everyone. The shape on both of the consecutive dyrdek boards i have purchased is questionable if you aren't used to it. Now, having said that, I LOVE my Alien Workshop Dyrdek Pro models I have purchased. They have a very mellow tail, which means a longer snap on ollies and an absolutely HUGE nose, which allows you to go big on flip tricks like never before. Fair warning though, its difficult to train yourself to be able to do tricks that are nollie, or perhaps after doing a shuv-it. Hell, anything that makes you skate off the nose. Last thing I have to say about AWS boards is how thin they are. It would seem to everyone that the boards would snap hella easy, but this isn't the case at all. Any time someone has video taped me skating and doing any flip trick, I notice something very odd. If I do one of the incredibly high ollies made possible by this board, when I land the board seems to bend or flex. Now, my first AWS dyrdek ... Read more

great for skating. had great pop and flipped really easy. the only problems i had with it was that the graphic could be scraped off with your fingernails so by the time i had done a few grinds the graphic was gone and it wouldnt grind. it was one of the X-band things.

AWS are good board just make sure you buy the GOOD ones if not ur screwed. Iv heard that the ROB and BIG ones are great they supposibly last longer. AWS decks dnt keep there shape for long but for the time you have them they are preety deceant. For my experianc iv been switching between AWS, Habitat, DGK, Plan B, Baker, Chocolate, Girl, and Shop decks. I think Plan Bs and baker have good pop but little concave. Chocolates and Girls fucked my shines up, i mean they would just pop all weared and get tangled around my feet. The DGKs where great but broke to fast same as Habitats and Alien wrk shops. I gotta say though AWS are good but break to soon. Im going to go for Expedition next.

I really like aws boards. They are pretty well balanced, but it took some time for me to get used to the feeling of them.
