07/14/2008 | Espresso packs some nice caffeine power in a quickly drinkable dose. Obviously the roast matters, but this is one of my favorite ways to grab a quick coffee. While living in Rome briefly I would stop into the local cafe on my way to class and grab an espresso every morning (they don't do paper cups there so if you're in a rush a shot of espresso is your best option).
Great after a dinner party with Sambuca and lemon zest also, yum. Can you tell I'm italian?
