I have been on the Sprint PCS network for over 3 years now, and all in all I am very happy. I have had some issues and they always resolved it, even though sometimes it was not as fast as I wanted it to be. I love the phones on the network, I currently have the HTC Hero and it is an amazing phone. The pricing plans are also very good and I dont understand why people would complain about prices when you can have unlimited EVERYTHING for $99 a month.

This company is a joke it's service, it's employes are all a big scam I'm still waiting for a deposit that was owed to me a month ago and now I'm being told that I have a bill for a phone I never turned on and a plan I had for 6 day's. After 4 agonizing day's of back and forth with Sprint's star rated customer service representatives (yeah right) I was told I was given the divine opportunity to join the Sprint family with a great new phone free of charge, only when I received the phone it had none of the capabilities I needed to accommodate the plan I signed up for? Couldn't one of the 20 customer service representatives have told me this when I was on the phone with them giving them my credit card information. Hmmmm I guess they didn't want to show how incompetent they are before they charged me! Long story short after 1 day of having my phone in had and not using it I returned it to the Sprint store as directed by the customer service rep and the was being chard all kinds of outrageo... Dropped Sprint over a year ago.  In the Dallas/Fort Worth area the dropped calls, lack of connection made the phones useless.  Went to Cingular (ATT) and am very happy.

There phones are great, too bad the service is oversold and maxed in Chicago. The Better Business Bureau rates SprintPCS as unsatisfactory.

i have the flip up phone and it is adorable, it gets 'ooh cool phone' quite a bit. the 60 second memo record and voice dialing are great. MY COMPLAINTS: it only comes in silver and the paint is flaking off. incoming/missed/mail calls are all mixed up and confusing. even if you have the ringer off or on vibrate, the voicemail still beeps loudly. and WORST OF ALL, i get charged for roaming in places they claimed would be covered. i havve complained locally and to the company, and all they say is 'buy roaming minutes for $10 extra.' YEAH RIGHT! sprint pcs is not the way to go, unless you live in a big city and stay there.

This is a great phone! I switched from my Nokia and will never go back. The phone is compact and has great range. It looks really cool. It'd be better if they had games like the Nokia.

Like all the others, they really pushed their specials at me at the malls. Not till I went to Pac Bell at a regular store did I learn that, the best offers were only on 2-year contracts, which I can't use for my 1-year needs. The town where I am staying in has a poor coverage regardless what system I choose. The phones they're offering won't work back to my home in Norway.

This phone is the best. I personally don't have a cell phone, but I know people who do. Your phone calls are clear without static half the time and the fees are reasonable.

More costly rates. They copy Nokia in smaller phones with exchangeable face plates. You can get a digital-analog service which allows you better service in and out of city areas.

The minutes are good with the newest options they give. They get a lot of minutes, and as I hear it it's not as expensive as AT&T.

This phone was not a very good phone to have. Most of the time it was broken or malfunctioning in some way. This phone was very bad and I do not recommend this phone.

I believe they have the best, clearest communication services besides the StarTac. It's very affordable and common, that can be a plus or a minus and the difference between a four and a five.

All of Sprint's phones look great, work great, and are high tech. They don't look like other phones and there is a good selection to choose from.

In general, Sprint phones are cute and little. But, I think since there aren't as many digital towers than there are analog towers, the service isn't that consistent.

I own one, (Samsung). The phones are not always in coverage zones. It doesn't pick up all the time and sometimes it breaks me off. They work but my friends have cells too and theirs all work better than mine.

The phone needs to have stronger services and needs more options like games, alarm, and so on.

Although the phone is compact and convenient, the sound quality and out of range analog fees are not very good. I always feel like I have to yell when I call someone back.

The plans are good. They are not too expensive with many features. The one problem is that in some areas that I need to use the phone, I had little or no reception.

The phone itself is a great phone, good connections and service. It is easy to use and the button arrangement is convenient. The company also offers great service packages.

Sprint phones offer some of the best promotions around. Their service plans are awesome in that they are incredibly comprehensive, offering voicemail, caller ID, and pages inclusive in their programs. The problem, however, is that calls are frequently lost, the network tends to be busy, and when its not, the clarity is less than pristine. A good value, but lacking some refinements.

I got Sprint PCS as a trial cell phone to see if I need a phone. I think that the plan was not very good as far as minutes of air time compared to PacBell. Also Sprint dropped many of my calls and did not work in central CA at all on the 101. My purposes of getting a mobile phone was further discouraged when my hometown was considered long distance when Sprint claimed no roaming charges. The only good thing is no contracts.

Because it is available in all ranges, even at a no cost service plan is the reason this phone is good.

The plan of PCS doesn't show very much detail. Sometimes my use doesn't click with the plan. It also needs better sound.

I had a lot of fun with my Sprint PCS series. The customer service was great, and the phone system is easy to use. The billing system is okay, you just have to monitor your calls. I have recommended this phone to others, and I am considering buying one for my significant other.

I am extremely dissappointed in my Sprint phone. It only works in some areas, some of the time. It will often disconnect in the middle of my conversation. What I do like is the free long distance, anytime, anywhere plan.

My dad has one and it's a great buy because it is small, has a great signal, and is very light. It has a unique cover for the number-dial, and the plain rate is also very affordable.

The Sprint PCS series is the best around, mostly because of its free and clear plan, which gives you voice mail, long distance, etc., all for free. It covers a large area, so that I can use my phone travelling back and forth from Davis to San Francisco. The only drawback is the small holes in the coverage area, which I ran into once, but they are few and far between.

The idea of an all digital network is to be commended. When coverage is good, the phone is clear, and sounds only vaguely reminiscent of internet audio. However, sound cuts in and out in some areas, rendering conversations difficult and frustrating. Sometimes static is better than silence.

The reception is not very reliable in Hayward. The batteries seem to die out really quick. On the other hand, the price plan is very affordable. It is easy to use. The technical support is okay.

I like the way the sprint PCS phone looks, works, and how it comes in so clear. I have had other mobile phones in the past and I was very unsatisfied. Good job Sprint PCS. I will be purchasing another phone this summer and I am planning to go with Sprint PCS.

I really like this phone because out of all the phones I've seen, it is one with the clearest reception and doesn't require a lot of battery chargeups.
