I work at GUESS and I can tell you the clothes are very very bad quality we get so many people coming in everyday claiming their jeans are ripped after one wash, their purse is ripped inside after a few uses and it is true. It is just because it's bad quality. They treat their employees very bad as well.

Nothing like paying $130 for a pair of jeans just to have them start to fall apart after the 1st wash. Dear god I am a sucker. Oh but they are sooo cute, though. And they fit perfectly. Guess bottoms just fit like no other.

Guess is way to flashy for me. I enjoy brands like Ralph Lauren, Jcrew, Burberry, Lacoste, and A&F. The problem with Guess is that all of their clothes are ridiculously different. The shirts are quite skimpy, the colors are very bright, and even the more professional looking clothes have a different look. While it's great for people who are looking to have a unique style, it is a definite not for those who need a professional, clean cut, stylish look. The jeans, surprisingly, are very bland and they are nearly the same price as Lucky jeans. I am not sold on the price nor the style.

I shop here all the time. It used to be my absolute favorite store, I even got my boyfriend hooked on it. Between the two of us we were easily in there maybe 20 times a year, spent thousands of dollars of year... The most recent encounter I had with them guarantees I will never shop there again, promote their clothing, or recommend Guess to anyone. I was trying to purchase an item online. When I went to put the credit card it, I tried 6 times and it never took me to a receipt page. The items had sold out in the 2 minutes between putting them in my cart and trying to check out. Calling customer service was awful. They are all horribly rude, not helpful at all, and put a very bad taste in my mouth. I had to order the next size up in the top, and ordered the bottoms from a completely different website. Since my credit card had been stolen, my boyfriend let me use his card to make the purchase. They called my cell phone to verify the order on a SATURDAY. I let them know the card holder was... Read more

Can someone tell me how I get to any online shop or even catalogue on the guess.com site. I only seem to be able to get to store locator or news/events. I can see no icon or button to let me get anywhere else.

Their clothes fit well and are very inexpensive if you find it on the sale rack.

Our Guess? store always has good deals, and the employees are always so helpful, I got a pair of $299.00 jeans on the clearance rack for $46! and A $56 shirt on sale for $12. Overall, Guess, is a great store, and I highly recommend shopping their!

I often shop at Guess On the clearance rack, because the retail price is too expensive, Though it has upper class trends, no pair of jeans are worth 150 freakin dollars.

Great looking clothes but way overpriced. You are def paying for the name. They have great shoes though with pretty good prices. They carry very hip and instyle clothes that don't last from season to season for women. They are geared to young adults who go out clubbing. The mens section is actually pretty good though. They have great button ups and jeans but they are very expensive.

A lot of trashy looking clothes, but some very beautiful stuff, too.  I bought my favorite dress at Guess and it was a bargain at $88.  Great handbags and watches that are affordable.

I've noticed that in recent years Guess has taken a nosedive in popularity. I can see why as it's overpriced, overhyped, and flimsily made clothing. I bought two DEFECTIVE items online through the Guess.com website, one dress has a zipper that doesn't zip all the way unless I do a little jiggly maneuver, and the other dress was even worse. It was listed as a size XS, and I'm a size 2, I got it on all right but there was no elastic and I was literally trapped with it on, I was so tempted to rip it but then knew then there's no way I can return it, so I painfully manage to wriggle myself out of 20 minutes later. And there return policy sucks!!

Guess's clothes fit right and they've been on top of the trends (unlike GAP). They are pricey but you can usually find some good sales.

I think Guess posters are very very indecent... promoting exposing clothings and poor moral values. Do you want your own sons and daughters dress like that and behave like thsy? Please have a turly honoring business, and you'll be blessed.

the only thing about Guess clothing is their shoes and their shirts. Their jeans and pants are a poor excuse for designer clothing. The quality is poor and you do not even have to wear them for them to look worn. I bought 500 dollars worth of guess jeans and each pair had flaws in them. One pair had unfinished stitching, another had bleach stains, another pair was too short, and it doesnt end there. Customer service gets an F! If you can afford it guys, I suggest you try the Versace Jeans Couture. They are a little more pricier but they are worth it and they last.Putting your money in guess? is like holding your wallet over toilet and flushing every dollar that falls into it.

This store has nothingbut ripoff work in it. Even the logos are imatative of other designers. For example the Triangle logo is PRADA's logo and all their belts are rip offs of Gucci. They should get there own idea's instead of copying everyone else

personally I love Guess. I'm a fashion student at Humber College, so I know clothes really well, how it should be made and the fabrics they should use. I can't afford guess clothes but when I do have the money I love treating myself and buying something from guess.

I remember Guess were the jeans to wear in highschool. Well, I had several but none of them lasted and they shrunk when I got them home and washed them. I had to buy a little bit bigger size then what I normally was (god, to get those days back) so that they would fit me. At that time, I could care less if they fell apart cause mommy and daddy would buy me more!

i don't usually give loyalty to any one label, particularly the expensive ones. and it sucks hearing about shan's experience. but unlike most of the upscale designers, guess actually gets creative with their colors and patterns. plus they're t-shirts are the coolest - they seem to have this secret slenderizing formula for t-shirts.

I will rate Guess Customer service as TERRIBLE. I bought some jeans that shrank incredibly, and when I went to exchange (not return mind you, just exchange) I was accused of having the jeans for years (even though I had the sales receipt showing 2 weeks). When I went to report this to the corporate customer service, their automated phone system repeatedly disconnected me. Guess where I am not shopping anymore?

Guess? seems so '80s to me. I remember in Jr. Hight when that upside down triangle on the back of your jeans was the "IT" thing. I don't seem to see their clothing around as much. When I did have my Guess? jeans they held up for quite a while and were true to size.

I would wear basically anything that this company makes. Most of the clothing is very pretty and fitted.
