It's an ok product if ur about 12 and first starting out, once you are use to it though move on to Redman and other chews. I bought a tin of it, im 16, and it was worth it for $4 but I would never buy it again.

After using "real swedish snus" i do think camels stuff is a bastardization of real snus, but is isnt bad by any means. I do agree it is too sweet and not quite strong enough but when i can get a hold of coupons it is worth it. I really cannot justify the now $4.00 price tag on these tho being that i can get a can of general for under $3 and get 24 pouches. If they had remained at 2.00 or so, i would still be using it.

bottem line... it's pussy shit I hate when people even talk about it, honestly its candy with nicotine in it. Ive tried frost and it tasted like a piece of gum, dissapointing. Alot of people do this on my baseball team and i hate it, really if you want real dip, copenhagen and redman is the way to go

I like the idea that you can have some snuff without spitting or even having someone noticing you have a snuff in your lip, but THIS ISN'T A NEW IDEA, PEOPLE!!!!! Snus has been around even longer than dipping tobacco, and people have been able to have this spit-free enjoyment for WAAAAY longer than the average American kid probably thinks. The only reason Camel gets away with selling this garbage is because Americans are ignorant and think that Snus is a brand new thing invented by Camel, so they settle for this garbage of a snus, and Camel makes money on American ignorance. I guarantee that if someone who used this product actually took the time to order some real authentic Swedish-made snus, they would never by this cheap Americanized version ever again. Camel made this product just to figure out a way to get young kids hooked on nicotine, so they adapted this product for the states so that high schoolers can "smoke" during class without the teachers knowing it. The same way th... Read more

I seriously think that this is a great product. I got some from a friend today at school, because, as you know, it is extremely hard to use any other tobacco products on campus. I was amazed. I could talk to my professors and friends as normal, and none of them knew I had a pouch of this stuff in. The only problem is, that it contains hardly any nicotine, but I am assuming you are getting a significant amount because you are swallowing the juices after all. I can't buy this around here and I have no idea where they got it from because my local gas stations and stores do not sell it. I would strongly recommend this product, it is a godsend.

TERRIBLE. It should be a crime calling this snus. RJR's version of Camel snus, and yes there is another Camel snus produced by JTI for sale outside of the US, is an abomination. Sickly sweet, pittiful nicotine content, over priced JUNK. RJR has marketed it in attmepts to get smokers to use both, not as a replacement for smoking. If you are serrious about quiting smoking through the use of snus, do yourself a favor and do a bit of research. Swedish made snus is where it's at people. Real quality control, actualy nicotine content that widely available to the consumer, fantastic flavors for all tastes, and a very affordable price. Snus can be bought in the US in limited markets, but there is an online option that ships within the US getsnus.com <...check it out people, open your minds and put down the smokes for good.

This stuff got me completely off of a 22 year smoking habit. I went for months with a Camel Frost in my mouth pretty much all day. Chain snussing! This product encouraged me to look more into snus and that is how I found about my now beloved Swedish Snus. This stuff really does not compare to any of the Swedish brands, in flavor, price, or quality. But because of Camel Snus I have been smoke free for several months.

I have been using copenhagen for about 26 years, average a can a day or more. Started using camel snus two days ago, and have used very little copenhagen in between, I feel like I will finally be able to quit, of course to soon to tell. But the freind who recommended snus has been able to quit and was a regular user of spit tobbacco as well. Anyway I feel quitting snus should be easy compared to earlier habit. I have not been able to find alot of info on dangers of snuff, but I have to assume it is many times safer.

I've heard that this stuff has been out for decades in Sweden, but it definitely is innovative here in the states. Has a very sweet, tea like taste to it, and I loved that, and also the fact that I could put one in during class or work and not have to spit. The only thing that I noticed is I believe the nicotine level must be lower for I could never get a buzz or that much satisfaction from a single pouch.

Wonderful tobacco product. From what I understand this is a Swedish form of tobacco (SNUS) and I am hoping other brands jump on. The fact that it is spitless is wonderful. I typically keep it in until I can taste tobacco juice (slightly over 30 mins). It's strong and stealthy...just watch out when you sneeze!

This product is great for the few of us women that dip. I usually dip Skoal Berry Pouches and do get looks when I spit in a bottle but with this I can swallow and do this while I am working. I am trying to quit smoking and this to me seems no diffrent then "dipping" the nicotine gum. It has helped me with the smoking but I still every now and then want a real dip. The only thing that I worry about is swallowing the spit. Will this cause a form of stomach cancer? Is it really that safe to swallow?

Ok... Here's my story! I have been smoking or dipping for many years... Almost 10 I think... I have always spitted the juices from the smokeless tabacco products until now... Now Camel Snus is the new gig... I tried it and was hooked instantly... It's been using Camel Snus now for a couple of months and after the first month, I started to get Direahea... But figured it was nothing more than maybe bad food... Shortly after that, my stomach started hurting with constant Direahea, to the point where I was going to the bathroom 10 to 15 times a day... This is no lie... So I went to the doctor and he gave me some meds to ease my cramping... It didn't work... Keep in mind at the time I was still using Camel Snus, Frost... After a month and a half, my doctor decided it was time to see a GI Doctor... Which is for your stomach and areas around it, if you didn't know... The GI doctor said that I will have to have a Colonoscopy done to determine just what is causing my problems... I am going to ... Read more

Good beginner dip. Pouches made it easy and fuss free. You don't really get that much tobacco considering the size of the pouches and that you only get 15. Which kind of makes a bad value. The flavor is very smooth. A veteran dipper would most likely find it to be too sweet. Another point is that the nicotine is a little weak. Cool tin.

Ok here's the deal. I work in a golf shop and sometimes have no chance to dip or have a cig for hours. THE SNUS IS AMAZING IN THE SENSE THAT I GET TO DIP AND NO ONE HAS A CLUE IT'S IN. Sallowing the little spit it produces dosen't make you sick by any means and it has a nice flavor. It definitly takes care of the craving until i can get a chance to get out of the shop. Anyone who has something that prevents them from a nicotine break for an extended period of time will love this product. In the sense of switching to this product totally from chew or ciggerettes, I would rate it a 1. I think this product fits in the niche for someone who is in an enviroment where they can't be seen using nicotine.

this is my first snus and it was pretty good i got a tin of the frost flavor. the taste as nothing like i had imagined, i thought it would be like winter green or menthol flavor but it was like real mint and it was very sweet and tasty the buzz was not that awesome if im honest it was verry practicle no spit, no smoke, no smell. BUT you dont really want to swallow the spit my throght is riped today and my stomaoch feels like it has an anvill in it. So just spit its ok

I m not normally a tobacco user although i do sometimes enjoy a dip or cig from a friend when we're out drinking. I love this snus because it gives me a very mild euphoria that doesn't leave me with the mild headache chew or cigarettes do. I guess it has less nicotine which is good for a person like me who is not a daily user. I have enjoyed the snus by itself on a few occasions because camel sent me coupons for free tins. I think its less addictive than chew or cigs because the peak of the experience never gets as high on it so their is not as big of a drop in dopamine levels as with other tobacco products. I will probably be buying snus for personal use in the future my free tins lasted me over a month so i dont think i'll develop any addiction problems. I will say if your a dipper this probably wont suffice. I have buddies who dip and they say this doesn't come close to satisfying their cravings. It would be perfect for someone who doesn't get cig breaks at work though since its s... Read more

Since I am not a regular user of snus I may be able to give a good unbiased review from my experience. I have used snus and was a regular user of smokeless tobacco (dip) for a long time. I just got a can of the Camel Frost Snus Frost. Packaging: You have to give it to Camel, they definately know how to package and promote a product and do everything they can to wiggle thier way around laws that pertain to "not being appealing to kids". These cool little tins have a nice "premium" look and are convienient to carry arouind. Taste: The taste is very mild. I had to put three pouches in before I got a good taste of the product. It doesn't have any tobacco flavor like snus and especially not like dip. For smokers looking for a way to curb cravings this may be good but regular smokeless users beware! Nicotine "Kick": Virtually inexistant. As a former smokeless user, I at least assumed that three pouches would give me some lift but I barely felt anything. Definately not for dippe... Read more

I gave this a 1, only because the site won't let me rate it lower than that. I tried this stuff earlier today because I'm still waiting for a shipment of General white portions. It's nothing but syrup and tastes nothing like real Swedish snus. The pure sugar/syrup taste literally made me sick to my stomach, for anyone that's looking to use snus I'd recommend a brand like General or Ettan instead as they are actual Swedish snus. You can order those products or other snus from sites like www.sweedish-snus.com or www.swedishsnus.com/US/start.asp or just go to google and type in Sweedish snus in America and you should get some results.

As a user of "swedish" snus, not this bastardized stuff, i can say with confidence that it's horrible. The mint is mildly tolerable, if you're a fan of mint candies, but i find the mellow to be horrible. It tastes very little of tobacco, and mostly of some sort of syrup or sweetner. As i've used snus to quit smoking, and I smoked very strong tobacco.. some of the stronger stuff you can order for rolling, i prefer my snus to actually have a strong tobacco flavour. As far as potency goes too, this stuff is really mild... too mild for my nicotene needs.

Coming from a user of Swedish snus, I have to say that Camel Snus is horrible. I have tried all the flavors released: Mellow, Original, Frost, and Spice. Each variety has an overwhelming flavor of sweeteners and syrup. The worst part is the nicotine delivery. The low pH level of Camel makes the level of tobacco satisfaction nearly impossible. If you want to try REAL snus, try a few of these brands: General, Roda Lacket, Ettan, or Lucky Strike.

So here is the deal. I'm a regular Copenhagen Long Cut dipper. I NEVER stray from my LC. That said, I've been thinking lately of quitting dipping all together. So I've got a buddy who is a rep for RJ Reynolds, and he hooked me up with the "new" Camel Snus..15 pouches (bigger than the ones from the test market, and in only two flavors..Frost and Mellow.) I will tell you that each .06gram pouch contains much less nicotine than Copenhagen. This should be fairly obvious as you can really put a fatty of Cope in your lip. So back to the subject at hand..using Camel Snus to quit the Cope. I think it will work indeed. The benefit of Snus is that it indeed is "spit less"..therefore you don't need to roll around with a spit cup wherever you go. That said, the Camel Snus is very nice indeed to have some nicotine and be discreet. Nobody will ever know you have one or two in your upper lip. The "Frost" is a pleasant taste..however I am not a fan of minty things..but it is enjoyable. T... Read more

I have used several brands of snus over the last year and I can fairly say that Camel is the weakest. The best I have come across is Triumph. You can't find it everywhere though. I am smoker first, I only use the snus for when I can't smoke which in Ohio is just about everywhere.

I'm more of a cigarette kind of guy, but as we talk I'm trying my first Camel Snus pouch, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I happen to be dipping the mint flavored kind, and it's quite tastey. For those serious about their oral tobacco, you might not enjoy Snus, as it certainly doesn't beat packing a bomb of Grizzly, but it gets the job done. My favorite attirbutes of the new Snus product are 1. The flavor lasts excepty long, up to about 45 minutes...much longer than any lip 2. You can swallow the spit, and between this and the tobacco being in tea bags, it's a lot cleanier and classier than dip. Personally, I prefer to spit the saliva build up, but it's pretty easy on the stomach. It's not the break through smoking alternative I was hoping for, I'll certainly be sticking to my Newports, but it's worth a try.

Camel Snus is awesome. Plain and simple. Not something I would do regularly just once in a while. I've been through 3 tins of Ice, and 1 tin of spice and 1 tin of mellow. You can swallow the spit because not a lot builds up, but when a lot does build up which occasionally it does, then I prefer to spit. You put it under your upper lip but you can stick it in the bottom like normal dip. You don't get much of a head rush feeling but you do get some tingly feelings on your gums and it does relax you. It's almost like getting high haha. It's not noticeable at all once it's in your mouth so you can do it anywhere basically. It is tobacco in tea bags basically if you don't know what it looks like and it does go pretty quick. It's something different not like any other dip so I suggest everybody should try it at least once. the reason for a 4 is b/c it goes quick and it gets less enjoyable the more you do it.

I havn't tried it yet and I heard it's easy to do and that you can do it just about anywhere. I've also heard rumors that you can swallow the spit but if you spit into a bottle for 10 minutes with it in I think that might change your mind about swallowing your spit.
