I think their cards are nice. But as a company they are AWFUL, unreasonable, and unresponsive. I could not be more frustrated with Carderizer!!

Low quality and simply the worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced on the web. This is also confirmed by the Florida BBB and they would not respond with them either. I will never do business with them again and suggest you stay clear of these guys.

Placed a 250 business card order, and received no updates from them what so ever.... There is no customer service options available to speak to a human. They tell you to call their phone number and a voice mail picks up right away, no one emails you back, Live chat takes forever to speak to someone - this company is shady and I would not suggest working with them if you have time sensitive marketing material to be printed & shipped to you by a certain date. They are unreliable, and uncommunicative. When you finally get through to someone on LIVE chat with a representative they give you attitude back stating policies after policies rather than working towards a solution to make the customer happy. All I wanted to do was expedite my shipping and they couldn't do that for me, got an email this morning saying my order shipped out yesterday and they couldn't even tell me my order status yesterday UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Very unhappy & dissatisfied.

s a long time Vistaprint customer, we always used cheap (in price) business cards with them, ignorant of the kind of variety that is possible. So after getting a business card from an associate that was printed by Carderizer, I was stunned and embarrassed of how lowly mine were. So I went to their website, ordered a set of "silk cards" and now I am once again proud of my business cards! Will be trying out all their other options and materials once I receive the sample pack from them.

I spent a great deal of money to get a designer to create my cards. I was highly disappointed to see the color quality and the bleeding of the foil stamping, looked nothing like my designs. I had a hard time downloading the proof but I was assured that it was going to look like my files I sent in. Not to mention some of my cards were scratched. I contacted customer service but we will see.

Ordered frosted plastic cards. Very nice offset printing quality. Prompt response, online proof, on time shipment with tracking. Very satisfied.

Awesome & Wow is all I have to say! I had a great experience with this company, I was a little leary at first but once they started communicating with me before starting the process I felt so at ease and couldn't wait to get the finished product in my hands. Well, I received my translucent frosted plastic business cards and they are beautiful, definitely a head turner. I like different and that they are. I have found my new business card provider!

Took a couple of days longer than expected but the cards came out amazing! Always had uv coated and was fine with it, but their silk business cards were so, ummmm.... luxurious. Tried a lil' spot uv on our logo and it did the job elegantly.

Just terrible. I'm sure the finished product is very nice, but after 7 weeks of waiting, still nothing. The rep at the email address was very apologetic, and in fact DID give a full refund, but the cards were still "in transit" after a month or so, even though I paid extra at the start for a 2-Day rush delivery. Very disappointing.

At first got their glossy cards, good quality nothing special. But then we tried something a bit different. We got the silk business cards with rounded corners and had our logo foil stamped with silver and now we have some of the most memorable business cards I have ever seen.
