I sent in a 5th generation Ipod with a bad battery and 80 gig hard drive. Iresq confirmed it. I decided not to pay $129 for the repair & they sent it back quickly. The return packaging was first class. They only charged shipping for the return. Most reasonable. I recommend them for their service.

Great! My second time using iResQ. Sent my son's ipod with a cracked screen for repair. They fixed it the day they received it and sent it back the same day. Great customer service and great repair service! Highly recommend! I recommend them to all my friends.

Just had them repair my iPod touch with a broken screen.. amazing service and they even let me pay extra for Saturday delivery before the long holiday weekend. I don't think I have ever talked to a nicer customer service team in my life. They know what they are talking about and they are so easy to deal with. A+ all the way around, quite amazing experience! I will never go back to the apple store!

This site is a scam. It gets you interested with advertising cheep repair cost but once they have you device you get and e-mail asking you to call them. at this point you get told it is going to cost you a ridicules amount of money to repair it. My I-pod touch would not hold a charge so I sent it in to get the batter replaced for $35. Now the most expensive thing they can replace on your I-pod is the Logic board at $199 and wouldn’t you know it that’s exactly what they said I needed. Isn’t that amazing? Total cost with shipping if I said yes would have been $268. The cost to replace it with a new one is $299. So go somewhere else this place is a scam.

I just had my iPhone 3GS broken glass replaced. Iresq was super in helping me with this repair, shipping and communication. All done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend their service. I liked the fact they were an Apple Authorized Service Provider. The cost was more then fair as well. I will use them again if necessary and recommend them to my friends. Thanks.

The turn around time was amazing--they received my iPod on Tuesday and I had it back on Thursday. The battery replacement cost was quite reasonable. I did have to call, however, and ask about their instructions for initially charging the new battery. The included instructions said I needed to charge through a Firewire cable, but I learned I could use the USB cable if connected to a wall outlet. Definitely use these folks again.

Unfreaking believable. Dropped it off on Monday, had a call on diagnosis Tuesday. Wednesday I called to ok service and get it mailed to me, as well as an upgrade - they had it done and shipped by 5 when I didn't even call them until noon. Getting my six year old Ipod video back with a new battery, logic board, and three times the storage for over a hundred less than what it cost to get a new one... And $6.50 shipping? Unreal. They have my business and recommendations to everyone.

When my iPad2 screen cracked, I searched all over town for a place who could fix it. Many places lacked the service and the others wanted more than the cost of a brand new iPad. I did some internet searches and found iResQ. After reading many of the glowing reviews I decided to give them a try. The fact that the site had a phone number with a customer service person who actually answered on the other end was a big plus! I highly recommend iResQ and would definitely do business with them again should the need arise. I shipped the iPad to them on TUE. UPS tracking showed it arrived on WED and then was on the way back to me by WED evening. I could not have asked for quicker service had they been in my home state (which they are not). The iPad was returned and the new screen works perfectly. Great work and great service! Who could ask for more? I am keeping iResQ bookmarked! Thanks!

My daughter passed away at a too-young age two years ago. In going through her things, which had been kept in a storage locker since her death, I found her first-generation Ipod Mini. Needless to say, after being in storage for two years, the battery no longer held a charge. As her Ipod and the music in it were a little window into her soul, I decided to hang on to it as a keepsake. Apple no longer supports this product, so there was no sending it to Apple at any price. I researched the replacement procedure and decided it was not something I wanted to do myself. I researched people who perform the service, and I found IResQ and a couple of other places. IResQ was not the least expensive, but they were only a couple of dollars more than the company that was. What attracted me to them was the fact that they are an Apple Authorized Service Provider and a promise of one-day turnaround. I backed up her music and sent the Ipod to IResQ on a Tuesday. I had it back on the following ... Read more

My experience with iResQ was smooth sailing. I had a broken headphone jack on my iPod touch and decided to use iResQ since my Apple warranty was expired. The directions on their website were straightforward. Once I sent my iPod to them, I received email updates informing me of when they received it, what the status of my repair was, and when it was back out for shipment. Just as advertised, they fixed the problem and had it back out for shipping the very same day that my iPod arrived at their repair shop. It was back in my hands a couple days later, and everything is working great. Would definitely recommend this to other Apple users whose warranty or AppleCare is expired and don't want to pay Apple's outrageous repair fees.

I sent in my iPod for a repair after it shut off on me. iResQ diagnosed my device within 24 hours of receiving it, and responded back to me very quickly. Although I opted not to repair my device, it was sent back promptly. The service staff was very helpful and very accommodating to all of my questions. I would use this service once again.

I sent back my ipod for diagnosis and repair. After 1 week, they called and said there was an issue with the headphone jack. I authorized the repair and did not hear from them for another full week. When I contacted them again the receptionist said the circuit board was bad. However she seemed very unsure of herself as if she was talking to somebody else every time she put me on hold. I agreed to the repair, then she called back again and said it would take a while for the repair, when I asked for more specifics I was put on hold again and told it would take about 2 weeks. I told them to forget it and send the broken Ipod back to me.

I live in California and was looking to have my iPhone fixed. The apple store, after a 45 minute wait, told me it would be $150. I called a few local shops and they all quoted less than half that. I found iResQ online and thought I would give them a shot so I would not have to deal with more lines, driving and hassle of going to downtown Los Angeles. I shipped my phone out Monday evening and had my phone in hand by Wednesday mid morning. Throughout the process I had notification emails telling how things were progressing. The price was half of Apple's including shipping. The speed was QUICK. The service was EXCELLENT. Thanks. I will be back to get my Macbook's hard drive replaced later.

These folks kick ass! They answer their emails within just a few minutes. I sent a very damaged Ipad 2 and it was fixed and shipped the next day. When I shipped the Ipad, it had a small dent on the upper left hand corner...they could of replaced the case, but they actually made the dent look almost new and the Ipad looks lovely! Fast, professional, friendly...just amazing and perfect!

iResQ was a service recommended by a co worker, and with out the recommendation I would have never heard of this excellent repair shop all the way in Kansas. (I live in California!) - the shipping directions were clear and the overall price was much cheaper than sending it in to the Apple Store. I sent the package in on a Monday morning , and I got a notification on my email that they had received the ipod on Wednesday. And to my liking Another email came that day saying they were already DONE with repairs and that it was on its way home already!I got my news fixed and polished Ipod Thursday afternoon. ONE minor problem: The scrolling of my ipod screen is a bit slower than it used to be. But it is only a little bit. PS The website is very clear and self exclamatory.

SO, (I want to be cool, SO, I'm using a coordinating conjunction to start my sentence) I have had problems with my 5 year old ipod which I use daily and like most of you, am very uncomfortable without. I know to many the first question would be "5 years old? DUDE!" Well, I'm fairly with it, but also fairly old. A few years ago I sent a hand me down ipod to iResQ (given to me by my son when he bought yet another one) and the tech was very honest in telling me that it was basically not worth the cost of repair. SO, I figured this is an honest company. As you may have gathered by now, I am not a kid and some of my questions were, no doubt, puzzling to "youngin's" but I was treated with respect and patience. Aside from that my experience was exactly as reported by all others who have reviewed iResQ on this and other sites. It is interesting that proper business practices, which one would think would be the norm, are so unusual and so welcome that we are all eager to share our exper... Read more

When they say 24 hours they mean it! My screen on my Macbook Pro was cracked and it ran all over the screen and made it unusable. I had it appraised locally and it was $699 to repair it. I remembered seeing their ad on Facebook and found them. I sent them the computer on a Friday. Monday morning I got an email saying they received it. By 4pm that day, I got a Next Day Air tracking # email from them. I got it back on Tuesday and it looks as good as new. It took a lot of worries off my back, and it came in at $330. I usually don't respond to comment sections, but I HAD to spread the word of how thorough their service is. iResQ will certainly be bragged on by me.

These folks are the best in the business. You will NOT find better service by anyone else in this country. I sent my daughters Mac in for repair because she dropped her phone on the screen and it broke. Under $200 and she had a new screen. After a couple of days the backlight would flicker when she moved the computer top. One quick phone call and the computer was on its way back to iResQ for a fix at no charge. Long story short, the computer was fixed and the sent it back NEXT DAY AIR!!! We have a house full of Apple products and there will NEVER be anyone but iResQ work on them. Brian in Tennessee

I dropped my brand new iPhone 20 minutes after getting it and cracked the LCD. I had the phone shipped out to you by the end of that hour on a Friday. I get an e-mail around 2PM that Monday saying you received my iPhone and that it would be repaired same day. Not even 2 hours later, I receive another e-mail with a tracking number saying that my phone was fixed and sent back to me already. The phone works great now and I even bought an Otterbox Defender case to prevent this incident from happening again. I highly recommend iResQ to anyone who is having any issues with their Apple products and I know where to keep going in case of any future incidents. Thank you so much!

iResQ is the best. I have an old iPod that I love so I don't want to buy a new one, but every so often the battery dies. When that happens, I send it to iResQ and they fix it up really fast every time. I recently had them replace the battery for a third time and I'm still impressed with their excellent service. I wish all companies were like this one. Like: lightning-fast repair service, friendly employees, shipping choices so I can choose how much I want to spend, affordable repair prices, timely responses to questions and comments. Dislike: nothing

I bought my son a macbook when he started high school. He placed it on a shelf and proceeded to play his drums. The computer "danced" off the shelf and the screen was destroyed, however the computer was fine. I did not know about IResQ and foolishly replaced the entire computer since a new screen was going to cost almost what the computer cost originally. Later, he tripped down the stairs and cracked THAT screen. I discovered IResQ and it was fixed in an affordable flash! I saved the first computer and recently had that screen replaced, too. Now we have another perfectly fine computer and thankfully my son seems to be outgrowing his clumsy period. (Well, one can only hope!).

I tooky my iPod to the Apple store and he quoted me $150 to fix the LCD lights or offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Well, that didn't seem right but he then offered me the iResQ email, showed me the cost and said they recommend this site a lot. I went home, got online and shipped it the following day. It was returned to me very quickly, at a lesser cost and it works. This is a wonderful company.

This is my first upgrade, so I was a little nervous sending my laptop away, but the process is bulletproof and the work is excellent. In three working days I shipped my laptop, got a 500gb HD installed and upgraded my RAM and my computer was returned by 1:30 on the third day. WOW! Money WELL spent in difficult economic times! Need any kind of repair to an Apple product? I strongly suggest you check with iResQ. Last Tuesday I contacted the company, received my shipping label and sent my MacBook to them to replace a shattered screen. I received informative email updates throughout the process and had the computer back in my hands Thursday morning here in Daytona Beach. I've always told people that Customer Service was the top notch from Mac Connection in New Hampshire but this week I learned there was someone even better! Thanks to Mick and everyone at iResQ. Dropped my MacBook Pro, damaging the screen and bending the lower case. Went to the Apple Store, where they quoted me over $700 to replace just the screen. They wanted over $1400 to replace the screen and the lower case. Thought about saying goodbye to my Mac, but my wife found iResQ and we looked into it. The price for the screen replacement was less than half the Apple Store price, so I shipped it off, requesting iResQ to replace the screen (and look at the case). (I considered buying a case and trying to replace it myself. ) iResQ contacted me the day they received it and notified me that the case would be fine as is, but I had them replace it anyway. (Wanted my Mac back in prime shape!) The cost of having iResQ replace the case was less than it would have cost me to buy the part retail and have it shipped to me. Mac was back to me in two days.

Needed new LCD screen for son's computer, which he uses every minute of the day for school. Apple Store turned us on to iResQ. Called them, was provided with incredibly simple information on how to get computer to them. Shipped it overnight. Received confirmation of receipt first thing next morning. Within an hour of confirmation of receipt, received email from iResQ advising that computer repaired and on its way back. I expect delivery any moment. Entire process took less than 48 hours. Not bad considering I am in Maryland and iResQ in Kansas. Wish every service provider was so prompt and courteous. I highly, highly recommend this outfit!

I managed to drop my 2008 15" MacBook Pro about 4' onto a concrete floor, where it landed on the left-front edge, denting the base and the screen housing. <Insert expected screams and cuss-words here>. With a terrible sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach, I opened it to see that the upper-left corner of the glass screen was crushed and there were spider-cracks running across most of the display. When I powered it up and tested it, everything was still working! So I used SuperDuper! to back it up then I took it to the Apple store at the first available appointment, which was that Saturday. The Genius quoted me $1240 plus tax (their policy is to rebuild them when damaged like this, he said). I wasn't keen on completely refurbishing it so he handed me a business card for iResQ, whom I'd never heard of before, and suggested I try them. Anyway, on Saturday night, I signed up online with iResQ for replacement of the screen and housing assembly, including 3-way overnight shipping ... Read more
