    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH “NAS”. Zero Stars On June 23rd, I have purchase from their website a Martin Pantera LH and a standard attached package. Was most visible bow on website until a few days ago. They billed me immediately and did not deliver the merchandise. Archery Central Winnipeg MB, emitted a bill for $824.03 Canadian (not US) but charge on my VISA: $831.36 US dollars; charge in Canadian $890.21. They are not reachable by phone, their phone number redirects customer to email addresses, you can press”0” but they do not return phone messages. I have sent multiple emails and they have kept giving me evasive answers about a back order at the supplier. I was informed I could cancel anytime for refund. After 2 ½ months; I verified with Martin archery and the bow was not back order. I have cancelled my order on sept 1st. NAS informed me by email at that point that reimbursement would be by check that I should received via mail within 4-7 days and not a credit back on my CC. The ... Read more

    We ordered something from them . we waited a few weeks and all we found was that it hadn't shipped yet. We decided to cancel the order. I called and the phone was never answered so I canceled by email. I was told to expect a refund in 7 - 10 days. I was expecting it to be credited to the debit card I used. Instead we got a check in the mail. I deposited it and thought all was good until about 2 weeks later the Bank contacted me and told me they could not process the check. Apparently, it was written by a Canadian Bank and the check had no routing #. The bank said they could go after them for a $20.00 fee, I wish I would have gone that route. Not wanting to spend money to get my money I opted to get the check back an as instructed by Rachael in accounting @ National Archery Supply. She offered to refund me by Money Order.     Should be 0 stars!!! As everyone has stated they take your money without having items they claim are in stock!!! On top of that is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone or receive a refund. This place is a scam & by far has the worst customer service. NEVER buy from this site!!

    Do not do business with them. They will take your money and not have the products to send. This company is a ripoff in all forms of the way! They have an "F" rating with BBB and they aren't even on the PSE Bow Distributors list and they say they sell them.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my order but never refunded my money. BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I feel the Canadan govt. should put these guys out of business. I have contacted the BBB but they also got no response from NAS.

    I'd give them 0 stars................ I ordered a bunch of pins for my scope on my bow on October 27,2009,. The order was taking so long I canceled. On December 16, 2009, I recieved an email saying my refund is in "process" can take from 7-10, or some times 30 days to reflect back on my card, which is a MasterCard Debit From First Midwest Bank. I just started shooting my bow recently and decided to check my bank transactions online to see if there was a refund, and there wasn't. I emailed accounting April 5,7,13 and Info on the 12, of 2010. They havnt responded to those emails. I went to the bank and the banker checked all my transaction and printed them out, also she wrote a letter stating that NAS never did Refund the $155.79 back to my checking account thru my debit card. I faxed NAS the letter the banker wrote on the same day April 17. April 19 I sent another email stating all the facts and my next action is to contact a lawyer.     NATIONAL ARCHERY SUPPLY NEVER SENT ITEMS AND STILL HASNT REFUNDED. you will never get help from them. i cant believe they sell anything. JAYSON from this company should be a shamed and i hope they go to jail for fraud. if you like to donate money to a bunch of losers and scammers then go right ahead and porchase there air in a box.

    I ordered an item before Christmas and it is now March 2010. I never received the item. I tried cancelling the order back in Feb. and never received the refund!! I email numerous times and never got a reply. I finally emailed them saying I would have a lawyer contact them...then they decide to email me back. I will never order from them again and would not recommend this site to anyone!!! They finally cancelled my order at the beginning of this week so hopefully I will receive my refund soon! Horrible service!

    its been 6 weeks and item never shipped. these guys are a bunch of shady bogus pieces of crap. my credit card has been notified and i will call the authorities if things arent credited back in a couple days. how can they live with themselves. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!. pay the little extra and buy from a reputable dealer. my gut feelings tell me that they hold on to the sales money and collect interest off the money for months until they absolutkley have to give the money back. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS IN MY BOOK. they are not located in north dakota. hopefully the law will step in and send them what they deserve. RUN DONT WALK FROM THESE MONEY TAKERS!!!!!

    I should have stuck to ebay... or checked out the reputation of this company before using them.. 3 months ago I purchased $1000 dollars worth of stuff,,... my first compound bow in 12 years of not doing archery... it was to be an alpine silverado... anyhow .,.. what this company does, is just tell you its on back order or that they will be getting it off in the next week or so .. swap names of the person who is suppossedly handling your order, then once they have stalled you for long enough they simply stop answering all emails .. because they know that paypal wont help anymore and that they are in a different country so they can get away with it... . and I wish I saw this website before dealing with nas or national archery supply if it even exists. I can't beleive paypal lets them have an account... all paypal did was respond to me saying they will not even get in touch with this person for me because the 45 days are up. I wont take this tho.. one way or the other .. I will get even.

    This is the worst company I have every dealt with.comucation skills zero.They will not respond to your emails they will not shipp your orders.Going on 28 days with no product shipped Had to cancel my order with help from my credit card co.BEWARE these crooks are not from the USA...     I would have rated them ZERO stars, but that wasn't an option on this review site. National Archery Supply is a scam. I ordered an arrow backstop with free shipping from the website. I received an email saying that they couldn't ship with the free shipping because they would loose money on the transaction. Being a reasonable customer, I agreed to cancel my order and asked them to credit my credit card. That was the last I heard from them. Fortunately, my credit card company will refund me the money. DO NOT purchase from National Archery Supply. If you have already purchased, keep copies of all your emails to them to assist your credit card company.

    These guys are nothing but a scam and need to be put out of business. If I don't hear from them by tommorow i'm contacting credit card company, FBI internet fraud division, local town police, and better business bureau.     On Dec. 5 2009 I ordered 2 doz. arrows as Christmas gifts for my grandsons. After a month and several unsucessful attempts to contact NAS with no replys I turned it over to my credit card Co. Today is Jan 26, 2010 I got a confirmation from my credit card Co. that they had secured my money from NAS. Buyers beware of this Business, there low prices are a ruse to get you hooked. They are also not located in USA as stated on there addres, they are in Canada.

    Before doing the smart thing on my part, and checking the reviews of what seemed to good to be true, and was, I ordered with NAS. Absolutely, without a doubt, the most rediculous company for archery supplies. Sure, the prices are incredible, the website is first class, but the service S*U*C*K*S!!! DO NOT BUY FROM NAS. I've been 3 weeks waiting on a shipment. I'm into the 2nd week of an indoor season. At the last minute I tried to swith classes I was shooting and instead of buying from my sponsors, which normally take 10-15 business days to complete an order, I purchased equipment, at a higher price than I would have had to pay, but yet way lower than the MAP price of these companies, and I would have had my sponsored equipment sooner. WHAT A JOKE!! I've sent countless emails, request phone calls, since they don't solicit their number, for which I've been told they don't answer.     I ordered a custom made set of strings for my bow on Nov 25/09. I was told they would be shipped in 5-7 business days. On Dec 17 I was finally able to contact the onlined customer service and was told my order was in and would be shipped the following day. NOT!! This wasa my christmas present from my 2 kids. I unfortunately do not yet have my strings, even though they took my hard earned money the moment that I placed the order. I know for a fact that the strings that I ordered could have been ordered by my local archery shop and delivered to me in 10 business days. I do not recommend that anyone order from NAS for anything. The customer service has yet to answer oneof the 4 e-mails that I sent.

    I ordered an item and payed the extra for 2 day shipping, on 12/18/09. The item was supposed to take 2-3 days from the time it was shipped. The item did not get shipped untill 12/21/09. It is now 12/28/09 and still no delivery. I have sent several E-Mails and still no response. If I do not get my shipment by 12/30/09, I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, get in touch with the chamber of commerce, and take every legal venue to put this company out of business. I am the Marketing Director for a medium size company. I always answer any customer questions within 24 hours. I check E-Mail every day, including all holidays, and my phone is always answered by a live person. The NAS should have their operating license revoked. Only buy items from this company if you have money to burn!

    (SHOULD BE A ZERO STAR RATING) I am a first time (and LAST time customer) with NAS. I placed and order on Dec 7, 2009 and have yet to receive it. Of course it was a Christmas present which made it worse. Around Dec 18th I kind of wondered why it had not arrived. So went to the website to call. EXCEPT, you CANNOT call to check order status!!! What a crock!! You have to email which they say will be answered in 24 hrs. I emailed them and imagine my suprise when their reply email stated it would be 24-48 hrs before they could get back with me. SOOOOOO, here we are after Christmas, after a second email and guess what??....it still has not arrived..... So, I decided I would call the number to place an order so I could cancel an order. Imagine my next surprise ----- THEY ARE CLOSED UNTIL JAN 4TH!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT, WAIT AND WAIT AND WONDER IF YOU WILL EVER GET IT......

    To anyone who cares to listen: Any business I know relies on return customers and good word of mouth to keep that business successful. I am 51 and consider myself somewhat knowledgeable on how things work via internet or by phone. You make an order. They ship an order in a timely manner. 1 to 2 working days. I receive the order in 5 to 7 working days. Pretty simple isn't it. Then what the hell was N.A.S thinking. I placed an order 11/30/09. After 2 weeks of not getting my order, I call and they tell me that they haven't even shipped it yet. I tell them I would like it before Christmas. (Yes, it was to be a Christmas present.) Guess what, here I am on Christmas day writing to all of you to let you know, their word is worthless.     Online Canadian Archery Store. Simply laid out and easily navigable website. Good advertised prices. Made the mistake of placing an order with NAS. Foul ups from them from the start. Inquired as to my order at the two week mark, was informed one of my items was discontinued and unavailable, I gave them permission to substitute. At the 6-8 week mark still no product shipped, many phone calls made , phones at NAS never picked up. Began alengthy series of emails with Jason the President of NAS. No apology , just excuses on top of excuses. I finally recieved a partial order at the 9-10 week area , with the balance cancelled after President of NAS began to take a rather rude tone in his email responses and continued with his excuses for failure to deliver the goods, also was caught with in his own lies during this phase.
