    I used this for maybe three years, up until they started making you pay to keep your account. And I didn't want to do that, even if they offered more space. For the three years I had no frame of reference. I didn't get junk mail (except when I subscribed to stupid things by mistake) with Netaddress, the site layout wasn't bad, but when I left my account they erased all my e-mails. I had a part of my life history in those past messages and when I checked up on it, they were all gone. I guess it wouldn't have been logical to save them all. But sheesh.

    I was the one to suggest this site and I'll be the 1st one to comment on it (bragging!). Well, quite simply this is (one of) the best web e-mail sites I think. I've been using it for 4 years now. You get 5MB of space free (more than enough) to store your e-mails and you can buy more. You can also buy some more advanced options like e-mail forwarding. The interface is simple, the forms you have to fill in when you subscribe are short, service is proper and downtimes are minimum and scheduled well ahead of time so that you are not surprised in a bad way. You may create a second / third address from the same computer without having to reply to annoying questions or being automatically logged in with a certain username. There used to be a problem with sending attachments - 2 years ago. I hope/think this is resolved by now.
