SIMPLY AWFUL --- Worst Experience Ever: Bartender stole my credit card. I left a 25cent tip anyway, but I won't go back even if I could eat and drink for free..

I have never even been there but from what was said in the national news about the pubs treatment of the college couple, I hope the place goes belly up. They do not deserve to be in business and I recommend a consumer boycott.

STAY as FAR AWAY from this hole in the wall as possible. The only thing worse that their food is their service. Dirty, smelly place that needs to be shut down by the board of health. Ignorant, absent servers, with the worst food you have ever eaten.

If there is a HELL on EARTH it's Lehigh Pub in Bethlehem. Our watch dog group is watching the case of the students who were arrested for NOT TIPPING for the shity service they got. It seems the only way Lehigh Pub can get paid for their crap on a dish is to have you arrested. If this case ends the wrong way a very large organized protest amnd march will happen and will embarrass the hell out of the owner and managers of this place. In addition to all theirs names being published so they can't get another restaurant job, in Bethlehem we will post their pictures. News crews will be covering the march and national publicity should put these crooks out of business.

I ate there once a few months ago - Once too many as it turns out.... Really rude and non-existent service. I have no idea what all went down with the college kids, but it doesn't surprise me at all. The food was just fair for regular pub food (kinda hard to screw up burgers and wings). The main thing that upset me was that we were fed 'one at a time'! We went there together and we wanted to eat together. Instead, my friends watched me eat & 20 minutes later, I watched them eat! Really lousy. Don't go!

Just out of curiosity, I'd like to hear from the owner, if it was worth it...

I wholeheartedly recommend that you do NOT patronize this place. Their gratuities are required and they have been known to have their patrons arrested for non-payment, though their service was admittedly poor.

Many nicer restaurants to visit in Bethlehem, PA than this one.

Nobody should have to pay for bad service or bad food. This company doesn't deserve your business. They should make a full apology and re-train their staff on how to properly serve their customers.
Until they change their food, service, management and their policies, I'll never even consider bringing my group there again.

Bad food, worse service, stay the h*** away!

Bad service + offering to comp the food + not actually comping the bill + calling police when diners choose not to pay the tip for said bad service + said diners actually getting arrested even though the owners claimed they were going to comp the food = Lehigh Pub should CLOSE.

Just awful.

Food was bad and service was somehow worse.

Food tasted like my armpit after finishing a marathon. I thought about not paying for the food I refused to eat but was told I'd be arrested for not paying for it. The manager forced me to eat the food and it took me over two weeks to recover from the food poisening. I'm sure this is an isolated incident and not all their food tastes like my armpit.

I never heard of this restaurant before but I most definitely will not eat there now that I know they have terrible service and call the cops on customers for not leaving mandatory tips. Who wouldn't love to eat at a restaurant where you are forced to leave a tip for horrible service? Instead of calling it gratuity I think restaurant tax would be a better term. EPIC FAIL

My food order was terrible....hamburger was cold and dried out and my beer was warm and flat. Service was non-existent. I will never go back!

I was stunned to see that customer service has reached an all time low and i expect the ignorance of the management of the lehigh pub in bethleham Pa fail to see the magnitude of business lost. real professional manager would napologize for thier poor service and waive the tip.worth 16.00? Not to mention the reputation of the co. if i were the owners i would rally to make it right in the eyes of the public and Fire the idiots who took it to that level. More than likely the mangement wont get it and make numrous excuses to support the decision they made. Shame on them. i dont forsee this business making it in the long run, that is if they survive this fiasco. they get what they deserve!

Service is terrible and if you don't tip, they arrest you. Nice place...not. Stay away from this overpriced dump.

After epically bad service including finding their own silverware and waiting an hour for wings some college student patrons decided not to pay the 18% tip that this pub tacked onto their bill.

Lehigh Pub decided to call the cops and report it as theft.

Sounds like cause for a boycott to me.
