A very tasty brew. Everything I've come to expect of Sam Adams with a nice body, good aroma, and a distinctly medium-heavy body malt flavor to savor. Just a wee hop bit to it with a pleasant finish.

A fine seasonal beer. It just came out in my area for the fall season. So get some while you can.

This is an OK marzen. But as I say that, I must admit it is not my favorite style. Reminds me of spice cake that my mom makes. I get lots of clove, and it's a bit overpowering.

Samuel Adams was the first American beer to meet quality standards in Germany. I think it's declined a bit since it went into mass production, but it's still very good.

This has been a long time favorite of mine. It's got all the qualities if a Marzen Lager from any "real" microbrewery. Smooth, rich, lovely reddish copper color longs for an autumn afternoon. Like any good Oktoberfest, it's a perfect match with big fat grilled sausages on crusty rolls slathered with spicy mustard, or just by itself while gazing at the autumn leaves.

A great "Octoberfest" brew minus the import price.I was REALLY dissapointed that I didn't pick up a case this fall when it was available. (It was sold out here within a day or two)

I guess I'm the black sheep here - I found this to be a decent beer, but not the best Sam Adams flavors I've ever had.

A great compliment to the fall season. Have it with food or have it alone, it's definitely one of the best beers I've ever had.

I recently purchased this beer - I'm always up for a new brew - I've never seen it before. It is truly outstanding, comparable to some of the better beers that I've had in Germany. It has a great, smooth taste and is not too filling. It complements most food and is certainly a treat all by itself. I wish they'd have this beer on the market year round - they can call it whatever they want. I'd drink it.
