I've tried listening to Opie and Anthony on several occasions and found myself extremely bored each time. It is a horrible show that isn't entertaining at all...A few douchebags telling each other lame stories about their lives that aren't even funny and then laughing their asses off at said stories. HORRIBLE

0stars I think that these guys are ignorant and need a better education and need to know their facts before they run their mouth off spreading false information to the world. Especially name calling Jesse Ventura on their own show that is really immature and shows no integrity.

Since I grew up in the Boston area, I was exposed to these guys for a pretty long time before they actually got national syndication. Their story sort of follows the arc of monopolization of the radio industry, and its subsequent demise. One of them was the son of the owner of a local rock/alternative radio station (WAAF). That got them the job and allowed them to hold onto it for quite a long run despite criticism from local soccer moms. They never really did anything that offensive back then, at least as far as I could tell. Said soccer moms were annoyed by their WOW (whip'em out wednesday) campaign mainly because it involved boobs, and made up extraordinary circumstances under which it was a "danger to society" (think: "what if a truck driver gets flashed on the highway and runs over 500 people and a box of puppies!"). Anyhow...eventually they did an april fool's joke claiming the death of Mayor Menino and that was the end of them for a bit. Even daddy couldn't save them from the ... Read more

There show is lame and is not funny. All they do is bitch about this and that and never stop. Not to risky for being on xm, Bubba The Love Sponge is funny and more risky on the doggie station!

I love this sentence: "kinda lame... not bad if there's nothing else to listen to.." Huh? Shows have fixed schedules. Either there is something else on during that time slot or there isn't. Unless of course you're talking about a music station. In which case i'm sorry, but uh... there's never anything to listen to. In my humble opinion mainstream music/radio is kind of "lame, unless there's nothing else to listen to."

They are funny and/or entertaining more often than not, but I'm certainly not a diehard fan like some people. They currently air around my lunch at work, so I'll occassionally listen when I'm in my car.

A few funny moments here and there- but irritating voices drag them down and they aren't nearly as clever as they think they are. . .

Kinda lame... not bad if you have nothign else to listen to I guess. The fanatics for them make broad statements about them being so different than Howard Sterns "fart jokes", but I listened to O & A quite a bit before they got fired and recall that they had mor ethan their fair share of "cutting edge" jokes like putting somebody in a garbage can and pouring disgusting liquids in on them, or firing bottle rockets out of their ass down the hall. Not so different than Stern as you might believe, definately not as funny. Worth a listen though if you are stuck in a car without Satelite Radio in the AM though.

This show makes me laugh about things you shouldn't laugh at. They are real. they call out all the bull crap that people like Howard, Mancow, Tyra, and Rosie throw out. They are funny day after day.  Being a guy in Radio myself I really like the fact that they don't take crap from anyone being a radio big wig or some other show. And yes as the last guy said a 0.0 rating is not possible. Learn before you post anoose.

There is no such thing as a 0.0 to the moron who posted before me, maybe if people like you stopped sucking on howie **** and actually did a little research you would realize your king of all frauds is a lying jealous loser. He is mad because Opie and Anthony were the pioneers of satellite radio and now the pioneers of the satellite/terrestial market. HOOO HOOO HAAA HAAA, tell em Fred! Opie and Anthony rock, they are original, funny, and creative. Meanwhile Howie is fading into never never land where no one can here his same old boring crap tha has been original in 15 years, same stuff daily, HOO HOO HAA HAA! Crinkle Crinkle

Opie and Anthony blow. I've tried listening to them several time, and it's totally unlistenable. I just get this feeling when ever they talk that they feel like their something great, and they just aren't. I can't wait till their off the radio. They aren't funny and the show is boring.

LAME LOSERS LOW RATINGS 0.0! how could that happen? (they don't even listen to their own show!) This site needs negitive stars to rate these turds. Try 2.71 out of 100 stars that's more like it. I'm sure they feel sorry for Imus because now they have to water down their testicle radio snooze fest even more than it is. They'll be joining that dottering old fart soon enough in forced retirement.

I started listening to their show at age 15 when their were on WNEW and I laughed right on the spot and have been laughing ever since. Plus these guys have taken a different direction as far as the new CBS Radio show and it is still funny. Plus if you still like the shock value, their XM show is great too. That's what makes these guys as successful as they are. With or without the shock, the boys are still entertaining. It's way overdue, but welcome back O & A!

These guys (Opie, Ant, Jim + friends) connect with their listeners. By 1997 I was over Howard - it wasn't radio, just grossout gags, hookers, and powertrips. O+A do not need all that crap - they are just FUNNY. They are also intelligent, clever, and very self aware. They know when something sucks and admit it, they also relate to the everyday person... until the day the "Opiecopter" shows up! ;)

They pick a subject and kill it. I really wanted like them but they are boring, very boring. I am not an avid stern fan but he is funnier. Patrice is annoying. The fact of the matter is that Bubba the Love Sponge buries these guys and trumps stern too.

No subject is taboo. They are rude and offensive. They seem to have no morals whatsoever. I sometimes actually feel guilty for laughing at some of their "shenanigans". The Opie and Anthony Show is the best thing that's happened to XM Satellite radio. Spread the Virus.....High Voltage 202. O&A; Party Rock!!!!

THE REAL PIONEERS OF SATELLITE RADIO!!!!! Howie only wishes he was as up to par as them. His radio show is just dated and everyone is tired of it. Oh look another sex joke ha ha. O&A; have talent and they keep it real. If a bit is bombing they admit it. It is four hours of quality radio, plus XM is just a better company than the little doggy company. Give them three days and you will be hooked. You can even listen to O&A; for a three day trial online. You can't do that with Howie. http://xmro.xmradio.com/xstream/index.jsp Howie, please stop getting people to give O&A; a low rating on this site. Hoo, Hoo I invented 5 star ratings tell em Fred.

It's time for America to come out of the utter state of denial. This is how guys talk to one another. We break balls, we make fun, we laugh. At the end of the day we are all just normal working Joes seeking a little comic relief from the life that did not turn out quite the way we planned.People who claim to find O & A offensive or over the line need to get their head out of the sand. My wife enjoys laughing along with me when we listen...maybe some other wives should try the same.
