I never did like him, I even got into a argument with a good friend about him she claimed he was thr truth and I begged to differ. I can appreciate anyone who is spreading the word of God but you do have to be careful because some intentionally twist the word and also do not live by it. Yes, there are many false prohpets out there. So turns out the man recently got kicked off of TBN lol because he was calling out pastors who were willing to work with Muslims and come together for a common cause. I'm not sure what the cause was however, I think it would be great for any and all religions to work together for a good common cause. That was very unchristian of him and people who agree with him. Christians preach love yet they don't want to work with a muslim, what would Jesus say. That is just too hypocritical.

It's too bad the show comes off quite corny. But honestly, Jack is really being used by God to help teach His commandments and to ready us for His coming. Visit his site and look through his "question of the week" archive and learn about end times prophecy. They do try to sell stuff to pay for their show but I feel it's a good way to seek donations because it's better than sending money, they actually get to send you books and videos to help with your walk with God, it's a win win!God Bless Jack's straight shooting on Heaven and Hell! Nowaday's with Gospel programs, most are teaching a lukewarm Christianity and being tolerant to sin. Sin is sin, but we have to be careful because false teachers and guru's are coming out of the woodwork saying it's ok to commit adultery, it's ok to take God's name in vain and on and on. Look, we need to get right with God, ask His forgiveness and get on to a fullfilling life with Him. He loves us and wants to have a personal relationship with us. Ask him... Read more

"Doctor" Jack Van Impe and his wife, "Doctor" Rexella Van Impe are two of the biggest "christian" whackjobs on television. Rexella looks and sounds like she's from another planet. What's more likely is that she's on a shitload of medication. Jack is just a nutjob. Their announcer, whatever the fuck his name is, looks like he should be hosting a game show.....in 1966. I loved this guy when he was an enforcer with the Flyers. This tussle with Bobby Nystrom of the Islanders wasn't among his best, but it gives you an idea. Oh, sorry, wrong guy again.

I am giving this ministry three stars. I have watched his show over the last couple of months and what stikes me first is the speed of the presentation and the sensationalism of the topics. he may have memorized the bible, but he plain talks to fast and is confusing as he moves from topic or verse to verse. I think he could be more relevent if he were to slow down and teach about something other than 'End times'. Someday he may get it right as to the return of Jesus, but he will not know the hour.

I don't look to how "different" people may seem.I look to the HEART!There is no doubt that the Van Impes love the Lord And THEY LOVE THEIR VIEWERS.I always test a preacher's teachings by double checking the Bible itself.Jack knows his Bible and even though he may have been wrong on occasion,he sincerely wants to get the gospel out to us.For anyone to say bad things about a man of God,or anyone, should be ashamed of themselves.God loves the VanImpes and so do I!If you dont;don't watch them, but God forgive you for poking fun at them just because they're different from you!!!!!!

The funniest thing I've ever heard this guy say was that computers were the sign of evil because the word "computer", if you give each letter a number that's multiplied by six according to its placement in the alphabet (A=6, B=12, C=18, etc.) and then add them all up, you get 666. I almost choked to death when I saw that. Also, why is it when the camera is on Rexella (that sounds like the name of a dinosaur) her face takes up the entire screen but not when the camera is on her wacky husband? Are they trying to scare people?

VanImpe is very knowlegable. HE knows his bible frontward and backward. I don't like his silly jokes. He repeats himself every week. We watch hoping for a new insight. He is a straight shooter.

Prophecy and speculation are two different things. Much of what Van Impe presents is merely speculation. And speculation and the gospel are two different things.

He does believe there will be Pets in Heaven, which I believe there will be and is one of only a few preachers on tv who admits the sad truth that there are many Lukewarm Churches and Lukewarm Pastors in america.

I watch Jack Van Impe every Wednesday night on TBN. He and his wife are precious! They compare todays current events, including daily new articles, with Bible prophecy. You can see him here at their website: www.jvim.com/tv/ to Jack--please forget about 2012!!! Who cares about the Mayan calender and what nostradamus says? since when do we start worrying about dates? Jesus himself couldn't even say when.

Him and his wife are creepy as all get out. Their announcer "Chuck" is also wierd. Like the guy in Billy Madision said, "We are all dumber for having heard it, and may God have mercy on your soul."

Jack Van Impe has a phenomenal view of bible prophecy. The preaching of Christ's coming is not doom and gloom. Especially to those who Love righteousness and the coming of the LORD. However, for those who do not believe, I do agree, it is doom and gloom for they do not have any real hope!!!

The doom and gloom prophet for many years. I don't think no one will be more disappointed than him, when the tribulation comes and he will still be here to go through all of it.

Jack like all priests and preachers have missed the mark on the teachings of Christ.  Mat 25 says all have fallen asleep.  That means everyone.  But someone is sent to wake them up.  Why?  Because the wedding feast is about to begin.  Jack, If you want to know how to wake up go to freedomcatchthespirit.com. Jack, you have so much good to give but if you do not wake up or (repent) all the good that you do will go to the treasury of Christ and not to you.  Just like the man who cast out demons in Christ name. This man did not run the race according to the rules.

I would like to give Mr. Van Impe 0 Stars because he professes that the end times are near. His belief is misaligned with the word of Christ. His focus is malignant to the meaning of salvation. His message is hateful and repugnant in the least.

Well, these people come off a little less greedy than other televangelists although they pump their merchandise as a "must see/read for every christian". I do think they believe what they preach. The thing that really makes me laugh is his goofy numerology. "Proving" his end-time philosophy by the sum of the *ENGLISH* spelling of words and thereby proving their satanic nature?! Since when did *ENGLISH* and its spelling, which as we know it did not exist for centuries later, become God's language????? DUR!

One very helpful feature of his TV broadcasts is the frequent listing by Rexella of pastors who have regained sanity, i.e. "lost their faith", and published books. I've benefitted greatly from these listings.

Dr. Van Impe suffers from overdone guilt stemming from his former religious feelings about the Roman Catholic Church. Rather than repent and move on Van Impe has forgotten the lessons of The Reformation and become a full-blown cheerleader for popes and Roman Catholicism. Often his Bible references are not even remotely connected to his subject...as though he were doing a Joyce "stream of conscienceness" exercise. If you want to be hit with a LoveBomb Van Impe is for you. If you want biblical truth seek elsewhere.

I think the presentation is a little silly at the beginning of their program--silly little jokes that are really dumb--but the international part is interesting. The spouting off of many scriptures is tedious and showoff wereas teaching of the scriptures as related would be more beneficial.

He is great. Thank God someone reads their Bible. We have too many people that criticize others whithout looking at themselves. He preaches the word in season and out. When its popular and when its not. He is following his calling and is not intimidated by what others think. He and his wife are real examples of what Christians should be doing in these last days. Praise the Lord.

Another "one trick pony." Only talks about the end-times. I fail to understand why so many people are drawn to these guys who only talk about Revelation and the end-times. The funny thing - they all have different slants on the issue, which makes you wonder, "Who is right?" For me the answer is "None." Revelation is intended to be interpreted in general terms, not as specifically as these guys would have you believe. And what's with the husband/wife duo bouncing the same ideas off of each other? It's like watching a newscast where both anchors give you exactly the same news. Jack VanImpe is known as "the walking Bible?" according to the above description. My question - by whom? The guy interprets everthing according to his own eschatology.

You ever wonder how Jack can appear to rattle off scripture faster than a speeding bullit meant for Superman.  Hey kids, it's called a teleprompter.  But I have to admit, jack and rexella are the funniest couple on TV.  "Praise God, Armegeddon is coming soon and millions are going to die"

I don't care one way or the other about their teachings (not being Christian I can't figure out their tortured meanderings) but they are, hands down, the funniest couple on TV. "Jack, how come you're so smart?" "Well, Rexella, you're a doctor now too." They certainly put the fun back into Christianity.

Funnier than Burns & Allen. I loved it when Jack said we'll all be 33 in Heaven because DNA doesn't change that much after age 33...something like that. Hilarious. All the while his robotic skeletal wife Rexella nods vacantly.

A definite example of someone with a lot scripture recollection and a lot of knowledge, but not a lot of understanding. Even satan quoted scripture, but how much understanding did HE have? *Camera cuts to Rexella, who does her usual empty-headed nod*
