Terrible place to work for

I have been buying mortgage leads exclusively from Underground Elephant for the last year. Buying leads used to be a scary proposition as we had so many unqualified leads sold to us at a high price, only to be turned and burned. I was wary before working with Underground Elephant but the highly professional sales team started me on a 100 lead test to prove the quality. Needless to say they did just that, and I have much more time and energy to put towards closing the leads instead of pulling my hair out over wasted marketing allocation. I highly recommend this company.

They are not the cheapest leads out there but they have been the most reliable for me. At the end of the day you get what you pay for in lead-gen, and for my sales team the contact rates and closes are higher with these leads. You get to pick exclusive or not for financial leads, nice to have options. Ask them about feedback to get more of the leads that work for you too, that's probably the best feature. Well, that and their sales team is really friendly. They aren't churn and burn like a lots of these guys.

Every employee at UE is extremely knowledgeable in their industry and they often provide me with inside information. They always inform me of what's going on in the market and what I can expect to see in the future. They are quick to adjust or customize my account, all it takes is a phone call or an email and it's fixed before end of day. I truly cannot say that I've been more satisfied with both the lead quality and the customer service that I have received.

This company is making huge waves in the industry. We will be #1 in due time. If you want leads come with us. You have no idea the amount of success this company is headed for! watch out!

Pretty good education leads that convert well for our school. Underground Elephant is one of our top converting lead generators, but of course there's always room for improvement.

I bought 100 loan mod leads from them a month ago as a test. I was able to contact a pretty good amount of people, and most were interested. Not all of them converted but I made back my investment plus a decent amount for the work I put in. They have a friendly sales team that seems to genuinely want to make things work for clients long term. I plan on ordering another batch of 100 once I finish training my new sales guy.

Their customer service is good, I contact a good number of the leads, and close a good number. That's all that matters to me. One good thing to remember with them is to give alot of feedback, they get you better leads every time you order because they figure out what kind work for you when you give them lead reports.
