I ordered an HP5100 from them and received it promptly. However, after about 1.5 months I had a problem with the fuser (warranty was 30 days, so they had the option of not really trying to help me). I emailed and shortly thereafter Kevin called me, he talked to their techs for me and really took care of me. They ended up shipping me out a new fuser the next day! No company can go without having issues, but how does the company handle the issues? That's what really matters to me. RefurbExperts handled this issue fantastically if you ask me and I will definitely recommend them and re-order from them in the future.
