I just received my SOG Vulcan 50L fixed blade knife. The shipping took 3 business days which was exactly as advertised. Overall, I am very pleased with the knife and would rate it as excellent. It is well made and balanaced and has a good weight. Since it's a SOG knife, the blade is very sharp and hopefully it will hold it's edge. My only complaint (why I only rated it a 4 of 5) is the leather sheath. Although the sheath is well made, this is not a hunting or camping knife and I feel that a Kydex or nylon sheath would be much more appropriate and would probably aid in concealing the knife. Something to think about SOG.

Solid Product, Great Customer Service I ordered the Tool Logic SL Plier from Sog-Knives.net along with engraving as gifts for the groomsmen in my wedding. The original order had some problems, but after posting my review I received a call from customer service at sog-knives.net. They were very concerned about me not receiving a quality product. As a result they offered to replace the knives I received with the next model up and with clean engraving. They made a point of doing a test run on the new knives to ensure the quality was very high. I have to say i'm very pleased with the high level of customer service. I understand wanting a good reputation, but most companies wouldn't make a point of not only replacing the item, but actually upgrading it. I have used the SOG Fusion Throwing knives in the past and they were great. They are tough and can take the punishment of the occasional bad throw/misses. When I was in Iraq and Afghanistan I always carried a set with me everywhere I went. They are a lifesaver, literally!! I swear by my SOG Fusions.

As a former US Paratrooper w/ the 82nd Airborne, I have owned and used many multitool devices. I've always wanted to buy a SOG Multitool, so I ordered SOG Powerlock EOD Black multitool w/ V cutter (B63). I currently work as a locomotive engineer and I really enjoy this multitool. It is sturdy enough for the work I need to do and the quality is exceptional. I am very happy with my purchas. Only drawback I found, was that I received the nylon sheath and the belt clip came undone, which caused me to leave it on a train. I enjoyed the SOG -B63 so much that I am now ordering my second B63 to relpace the one I lost. GREAT QUALITY TOOL!

I purchased a Mini Pentagon Knife M14 and the knife was very nice. Although this was a very well constructed knife it was really not what we were looking for. We were interested in a knife with a much thoicker blade and the M14 had a very thin blade which looked as if it could break on hard impact.

I found these folks as I was looking for a good deal on a knife that my son wanted. Their prices were so good I ordered a SOG Pendulum for myself! I also really like the customizing services they offer. I had my blade engraved and it really makes this knife sweet! Just received my SOG Fusion Salture Knife FF-10, with laser engraving. Excellent service and shipping with www.sog-knives.net. I placed the order on 12/14/10, just received my order today with it engraved just in time. I cannot recommend this website more highly. Knife and engraving are as exactly described on website. Excellent knife, I have used it and it had a nice weight to it. The handle finish is very nice too. The thumb-action to open the blade one handed works well.
