Jon was definitely very polite and professional "on" and "during" the job and with our family and pets! The problems actually came when they finished up. We had to call them back out because of sloppy work. Wires were pulled out of our air conditioning unit and not put back together. We had to go underneath our home and fix them ourselves. One of our water pipes had actually gotten a very small nick in it from the blade of their utility knives which created a leak we had to fix ourselves. They came and cleaned in July of 2011 and it is now November of 2011 and we still can't get Jon to respond to our emails, texts or voicemails pertaining to our mold results. Jon had actually taken our mold samples from "inside the home" at the beginning (showing dangerously HIGH levels of toxic and deadly molds), but, then did a mold sample test at the end of the clean-up to show all the mold was gone "underneath our home". ??? Jon and his team are professionals who are easy to work with, extraordinarily polite and accommodating, experts at their jobs, and we felt 100% good about having them in our home and taking care of our project needs. We recommend them highly.

Missed first appt and had to reschedule. Inspection and explination went very well. Results were gootton back tome as scheduled.

The supervision and workers were professional and efficient. They explained what they were going to do and why they were going to do it and did it.

I had several proposals to look over and chose Breathe Healthy for a couple of reasons. John was very professional and told me exactly what he planned to rectify our mold problem. Out of all the proposals I received, John was the only one who followed up while we were making our decision. That was one contributing factor along with their price which was considerably less than the other proposals. Once we agreed on a day to start the project, John told me exactly what time, who was going to be present, and what was going to happen. The employees were punctual and polite. The work looks great. They were very professional. The crew came to do the work, Jon came and checked that every was good. He stopped by later to make sure that everything was good. He gave a good price for the work. We had just purchased the house, what to have all the mold cleaned up in the gutters and in the house, they made everything look good.
