I used these movers in Feb. and am still waiting to receive my refund for the deposit for services after about 5-6 calls to them. Also, they added charges the day of moving that were completely unreasonable. I would never recommend them.

What's the worst thing you can imagine happening on the day of your move? Not having movers! Despite an initally friendly and assuring salesperson on the phone, U-Move me sent movers to my apartment who were not only late but also refused to move me when they got there! Too tired they said, even though I offered my help and that of a friend. Plus, only two showed after I had been told to expect three. It was a nightmare that only added to the tremendous stress of moving. I truly suggest looking elsewhere and finding movers with Integrity.

I like to give credit when credit is due, and in this case this company Deserve credit for the wonderful job they did moving me from New York to Los Angeles, Thank you. Mark.

Finally an honest, reliable moving company. They explained all the charges up front, showed up on time, and worked fast. Nothing got broken or damaged and it cost a little less than I expected. Amazing!

I had great experience working with this company, the estimate was higher than the actual price i paid, which made me happy.

The guy on the phone hit on me. The movers were late and rude. The price quoted to me was almost $100 less that what I actually paid, they rip you off onsite by charging insane amounts to saran wrap shelves and box your boxes (which is not an option). They ask you to pay in cash, which is sketchy. Several plates and glasses were broken, when I confronted the movers they replied "that is not our fault, it is the way you packed it". I would stay as far away from this company as possible.

try it at your peril. i have received the run around from this company and have yet to receive my belongings. goods are two weeks late and they no longer return phone calls.

I used this company back in November and I'm still waiting for them to replace or fix damaged furniture. They have never answered a phone message. Their lack of respect amazes me. The perfect scores must have been posted by family members and friends.

i wanted to share with everybody in ny my great experience with cheapermovers.com, it was so nice and easy to get in touch with them and to schedule the move for the time i needed,they sent me the boxes on the time i wanted,i payed with a credit card,i got one month free storage,i got everything i wanted and more,they are better than everybody out there and on this site,i'll make sure all my family move with them,that's how happy i was with the service.

no joke they are the best company i found on city search,price wise and service, get an estimate from other compay and they will beat it,it's great.

Quoted $900 at begining of move then tried to hit me with a bill for over $3000. Put trash and broken equipment in crates and claimed charges of over $1300 for boxing fees.

This is the absolute worst moving company! Never use unless you want to end up hsaving everything either stolen or broken. They lied about the cost of the move and had the balls to bill my credit card multiple times. DO NOT USE EVER!!!!!!!!!
