Professional, curteous service. Everything was done on time and to the specifications agreed upon. I have already recommended them to friends.

My pool design was very sophisticated and unique. The owner had a similar design at his own house and he did a close version for me. I enjoyed visting real customers that they have built pools for and looking at actual pools. I am retired so what else do I have to do. I felt extremely confident with Sharper Image after spending almost a day driving around from pool to pool. These guys work is top notch and 95% of their employees or subs seemed to have worked for them for an average of ten years or more and I could tell they new exactly what they were doing. I special ordered about 50% of the products used on my pool although this can slow the job up a little, but they still finished slightly ahead of the time promissed. Two thumbs up, ladybug1234

Reliable Service. Honest. I hired this company to do regular pool service and they have been doing a very good job. Solved my plaster staining problem for free. I feel that this company is honest a will only fix something if its actualy broken. I wish I could say this for my car mechanic.

I had Sharper Image doing my cleaning service for almost eleven years now and I recently had them remodel my pool. In Short Stepping into one of these more than 180 specialty stores is like seeing into a sci-fi future. It's a consumer-driven utopia bathed in white light, filled with clever gadgets and gizmos unnecssary to daily living, but awesome nevertheless. Neatly arranged in sleek modular displays, the inventory ranges from practical goods, including air purifiers, exercise machines and GPS navigators, to indulgent items such as automatic massage chairs, digital photo frames and MP3-playing robotic puppies.

Worked with me on this major project. Very prompt. When they said they were going to be here they were. If they were detained, Scott would always call and let me know what was happening. Hard workers. Beautiful, detailed job with pavers, pool decking and inside pool. Very well coordinated with their contractors and with the lawnscaping company.

They were very prompt in assisting me with my patio. Unfortunately, the permit took about 3 + weeks to come through. Roman Concrete was the sub-contractor who did the actual work. The end result was good, but it took a long time to get the job finished. Theirs is a small company and he had a lot of jobs going on at once. Unfortunately the concrete company mixed old and new cement so half the patio cracked. He applied a polymer coating, but that cracked as well. He obtained a fresh mix of cement and put 2 more inches on top of the other. Now is looks very good. I'll be looking into getting a finish put on the slab.

Sharper Image Pools has done a fabulous job for me for almost a decade . The staff is friendly and very experienced. The pool service is consistanly good and I recently hired them to do a remodel on the pool. The remodel went so well I referred them to my sister for a paver deck and heater, she was very satisfied with the work. The prices were consistant with other pools services and I feel they tried to save me money on aseveral repairs that I have requested throughout the years. Thank you

Everything went smoothly. A few minor problems, but were handled to satisfaction. I am very happy with the final results.

Company was on-time, reasonable, and fair. I negotiated the price, which they were willing to do. I signed up for a full service pool clean. The service person who came the following week wasn't sure of all of the details, but I informed him. So far, so good. Check back with me in a few weeks.

We were good customers of Sharper Image for a number of years. They were expensive and often quite reliable (showing up two or three days after the scheduled weekly visit), but they were okay. And it was easier not to switch service. They've gone from fair/okay to terrible. They stopped showing up, and wouldn't return our phone calls. Meanwhile, our pool got green and in bad condition. When I finally reached them, they said they were getting rid of some pools -- willingly letting customers go. Even worse, they wouldn't agree to do the right thing, in terms of a final visit. Some of the individual workers are good guys, but I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone needing a pool service. They quoted me a monthly price, and did the sneakything of charging extra for months with extra weeks. They should have been straight about this up front.
