i am shocked to see all the comments about auto shipments.... i order directly from my consultant, who by the way if you have a lack of customer service, stop ordering off tv or the internet. My consultant is FABULOUS. I have used aloette for about 5 years and i LOVE IT!

Poor Customer Communication. They don't have a good shipping They let you in on a deal and then don't tell you that it is something that you can't get and then tell you if you don't order something else you loose the deal. Just received it a few days ago from the shopping channel. What was I thinking?????? Noticed something the first day but kept using it. Today my face looks like a red tomato. An allergic skin reaction which started with visible hives on my chest and throat. Not at all for someone with sensitive skin. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. Do your research on line first.!!!!!

I love all the Aloette products! I've used most of all the products from skin care to body wash. It is wonderfully soothing and moisturizing. Aloette is a must for all.

horrible service!!!!!!! I've yet to receive my products and it's been over a month. I really don't care how good the products are but that's just plain horrible customer service.

I'm surprised to read about all of these auto-shipments. Are these purchased from a shopping network? I shop with my consultant or right from the Aloette website and have never seen an auto-shipping type program. Personally, I LOVE the products! I've been using them for 2 years now and have very sensitive skin and wouldn't go without Aloette. I agree that their customer service leaves something to be desired but I'm not looking for a new friend...I'm looking for an AMAZING skin care line...and I've found it! Any extra little hassle is worth it to me :-)

I am about to turn 30 and was getting very nervous about a few lines on my face. I recently started using Aloette and am completely amazed. I look 20 again. Thanks Aloette. Oh, and I am one of those uber sensitive types! If it smells and it's not a bodily function I get a migraine...break out in hives...or worse. This product does not bother me at all...except their spa line because of the fragrance.

I am a makeup artist in Miami, Florida and I have had the opportunity to try numerous cosmetic and skin care lines. I have tried everything from Mary Kay to Chanel. I want to say that Aloette is not expensive and most of their products gives you results. The best part is that they do run specials and I get a lot of products free when I host a party from my consultant. I also use some of their makeup personally and professionally. I will continue to use this line and do recommend it.

If anyone is looking for a cheaper, more effective line of aloe based products, please look into L'Bri Pure n' Natural. I've used both and have now switched totally to L'Bri. The products work better and the company has much better service. Besides that, there's no membership and no auto-ship. Aloette is really a scam in comparison

Interesting reviews on this site. To be clear, I do not sell Aloette products. I have used many of their products and have been ordering them from the shopping channel in Canada for 4 years. I only order when they are on sale, for the great deals. I like Aloette more so than any other line I have ever used. I pretty well only use Aloette now. I am a guy! I have used this product for years and always get great, positive comments from co-workers and customers both. I have referred a number oof friends to this company and they, in turn, have referred their friends. I love what it has done for my older skin. I am 65 and look at least ten years younger!

Try this company if you wish, but be warned if you return it you will NOT get any refund. They will stall, make every excuse in the book, and do anything possible to keep you from getting your money back. Buyer beware, and forewarned.

I used Aloette for a couple year and the tried some other department store brands. I am 31 and in Colorado, so my skin likes to break out and be dry. I had to go back to Aloette because my skin just wasn't as clear and soft as when I am using Aloette. Plus I started to see some wrinkles on the corners of my eyes and needed to work on those ASAP. I love the time repair and time restore-antiaging cocktail, but haven't tried any of the platinum line. How old should you be to start that one?

This product is a total scam. It lightens skin, only temporarily, once you wash your face, the skin is exactly the same with the blotchiness and skin discolorations intact. Take my advice, use baby powder instead, it does the same job.

this stuff is GREAT... i worked for 3 major lines the big 3 french ones,,,,,,, nothing I MEAN nothing WORKES as good as this ... when i first saw it on tv i thought oh another out of nowhere line and made fun at the commercial..... then i saw it so many times that for some reason i went for it ...im so glad i did .... i live in NY and can get my hands on anything...and thank God i can afford anything i want... but this is after 27 yrs in the bus myself THE BEST ... Good luck trying to get the auto ship to stop! No reply from the web site after several tries. Products not worth the money and they don't stand behind their "guarantee". Just a bad MLM scheme. Don't buy, Don't sell either, company not reputable.

I used this product for 2 months and did not notice any difference after the second shipment I cancelled my membership and was assured that I would be refunded the money that was auto-debited from my account. After more than 1 1/2 months later and no credit to my account, I called Aloette and was informed that I was given an "in-store" credit, sorry, but NO REFUND for the product not used but returned in the unopened package!!!! Too bad, so sad, if I don't want to buy any more products from them, I was told NO REFUND period. Nice Customer Service! After I paid for the original order and a 2 order, but decided to return the 3rd auto-shipment!

Products are good. Service is not so good. My credit card was charged twice for same order. I sent in all proof of error and spoke to customer service 3 times. Still have not received credit. No returned call from customer service no response to emails. Watch your credit cards guys!!!

I just purchased Aloette cosmetics and after only using them for 3 days noticed red blotchy skin...so immediately stopped using them...Then got a very bad toothache under where I had applied the Aloette skincare...now I have a swollen left cheek...Not sure if this is due to the Aloette (the swelling and toothache) but I felt good and had no previous problems prior to using Aloette!

I LOVE Aloette!! I had seiver roseatia and ache all over my face. I had tried everything under the sun to fix my problem; Clinique, Lancome, Dr. Murad, Proative, Mary K, you name it I tried it. I noticed a visable difference in 4 days! My skin is clear! Ache free! Softer than my one year old daughters skin! Amazing!! One thing I know is, be certain that you are not allergic to Aloe or have reactions to vitamin C when you are thinking about using these products! They contain high amounts of both! Wonderful Product A+ !!

I purchased Aloette through a friend and immediately I started getting similar symptoms as another lady. Red, itchy, blotchy skin around my nose and on my chin. Being from Canada, I spent $130 for various skin cleansers and don't want to offend my friend by having to return all of it. I will go back to my store bought product. Maybe it shows my true age but at least my skin was healthy.

I have been using Aloette for 2 years! I love it. I was a dedicated follower of Proactiv for treatment of cyctic acne. My doctor advised me not to use it duuring my pregnancy because of harmful chemicals that could be absorbed into my skin. I began using Aloette, and I am now acne free and loving my beautiful skin!

Hi everyone, I had a bit of a question. I just received my aloette kit and have used it for two days. I notice that my skin is softer, but is starting to break out. Could this be my skin adjusting to the product or could it be an allergy? Have any of you had this happen? Thanks...Jenna

Unbelievable!  I've only tried the Lumitone, vitamin C and Enzyme so far, but what a difference it has made in just two and a half weeks!  My skin feels wonderful and looks so much better.  I was skeptical at best, but am a real Aloette fan now.  Just ordered the eye serum and age defiance serums and can't wait to try them.  My skin feels wonderful after using it--not greasy at all, not shiny, just smooth and incredibly soft.  This is great stuff--be sure to try it!

I love Aloette! I've tried many products over the years and have suffered from acne since I was a teen. I recently went to an Aloette party and was introduced to their products. I bought the basic skin care line, but didn't really expect the results I got! Aloette is the ONLY product that has not only cleared up my acne, but has also really refreshed my skin. It feels great! My husband even wants to use it all the time! It's worth every penny I've spent.

If you purchase the Aloe Pure line - its $157 canadian and will last you up to 6 months.... you will not be able to get a deal like that in the department store for the amount of products that you get with our package. This is my experience with the Line Relief. This product made my forehead wrinkles worse. It seemed to have made them longer and deeper and I only used this for two weeks, once in the morning and once at night. Also. it caused bumps on my forehead, not acne. I stopped using it for two days and started using L'Oreal Revitalift night cream and L'Oreal Ombrelle SPF 30 during the day. My forhead has now improved. The Line Relief product is horrible, not even worth one star!

Aloette is not a new comer in the skin care market,however in my opinion it has been the BEST KEPT SECRET in skin care. After years of trying everything, and I do mean everything, my face was losing the war with time. I went to a party and got for my DD the Simply clear line for teens with breakouts. Her skin at 16 went from worse to clear in a very short time. I then switched to the Aloepure line and in 3 months had co workers asking if I had had a face lift. No I said but let me introduce you to this company. Now I use the Platinum line for over 40 and love it. I still use and always will the Nutri Hydra Mist and the Nutri C lotion. I love the products, I saw a difference in my skin the same day I started using them. I use the Aloe-Pure collection for combination skin type. My skin now has a more even tone and my pores literally have shrunk. I use to be a consumer shopper, I would try anything to see if it would work until I was introduced to Aloette's products, needless to say I will never be a consumer shopper again.

I was skeptical like most people. I've been a loyal user of Strivectin, but I am totally impressed by Aloette. In less than 1 week my 42 yr. old skin is free of dark spots and the wrinkles are diminishing before my eyes. Lumitone, C3, and enzyme peel made a believer out of me. buyer beware this product is not for everyone I also broke out red blothches also pay attention to your credit card for all of a sudden you end up with all these products that you won;t be able to use and it seems that they send you more of what you did not order and your credit card starts showing extra charges and hard to get them on the phone, I;m still trying it's been three days.

I have to comment about the woman who was not happy with Aloette's refund policy: I assume that this policy had to be put in place due to the fact that Aloette's Hostesses earn hundreds and hundreds (up to about $800.00) of free products according to how well their show went. If women ordered a bunch of stuff just so their friend can get a ton of free products and then returned it - Aloette would have been out of business 25 years ago. I do know that the return policy is written in BIG PRINT on the back of your receipt vs. fine print. And, it is important to know what the return policy is on all things. But, these are products that can be contaminated. We are not talking about a T-shirt that can be reworn. I completelty believe that every single person is different then the next, and that is unfortunate that you broke out. Personally, I have been extremely happy with my Platinum product line. I ditched all my Dermalogica products and look and feel like a million dollars.
