NYC Fast Movers - Packing Specialist

We highly recommend this Moving Company ( NYC Fast Movers - based in NYC) to anyone. The great service began when we asked for someone to come down and give us a free quote. Talk about efficiency - same day Mike from NYC Fast Movers (who is nice, helpful and professional) came, gave us a very reasonable and firmed quote on the spot. By 'very reasonable' I mean their price beat others movers by a big margin, Even that they reduced their first quotes by about 20%!! So you would think we would get a raw deal at this price? Not at all. Both of us considered NYC Fast Movers as the best mover we had so far. Personally, I think big moving companies may charge more because they have an established brand and size, but also because of their size, in my view they are also less likely to provide the kind of personal service and quality control that smaller companies like Remarkable Movers can offer. Not only did the moving crew of New York Fast Movers show up a little early to get a head start on the move, they properly packed up the valuable furniture. Plus, the driver was able to back the truck in to my driveway--which is a very tight squeeze! This is what a moving company is all about! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Good morning , May 12 2010 , I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know what a wonderful experience working with you and your movers has been! I received my belongings yesterday and despite a few problems I foresee, all went well! First, I want to compliment you on your tremendous help and patience throughout this stressful time for me. I was very unsure on how this process worked, as you know, I had very many questions and I just wanted to be as prepared as I could be. New York Movers were great with getting my things packed and moved. When I called the office they were more than helpful in making sure I got the information I needed or asked for. Their pricing was great with the gas prices being what they are and compared to other quotes. When they showed up (on time) they started right in and humped the things that needed to be packed quick and efficiently. They did not drag their feet to prolong the process. In fact we finished well ahead of my expectations by hours. There was no breakage of my belongings either. They wrapped and packed things very well. I had over 15 large pieces of glass from table tops and mirrors that they loaded, moved and unloaded without any problems. They were upbeat and happy to be working. We had a 100 mile drive to the new location with a stop at a storage unit. This was no problem and they packed the truck with the stop planned to make unloading quicker. I truly did appreciate the job that they completed‎

New York Movers completed a full house move for me last week. I have plenty of antiques and other valuables in the four-bedroom home. The employees arrived on time, were mannerly, and completed a walkthrough of the home before beginning. All items were inspected and previous damage was noted or brought to my attention before wrapping and loading. The blanket pads and shrink wrap provided the extra protection I desired for my things. I used two trucks and six men on a Sunday move. This was the first time a moving company has suggested this and I was grateful for the sound approach. Before unloading, the entire crew walked through the new home and asked where things were going to be located. This was also appreciated as everyone was now on the same page. I was completely satisfied with the move. Nothing was damaged and the employees were very professional and courteous

Remarkable Movers moved our 5 room apartment + 2 storage spaces into a new 3 BR apartment. We moved from Brooklyn to Washington Heights (Manhattan). They boxed up and packaged any loose articles that we had not packed, and moved all our stuff in 1 day. They started at 9:30 and finished by 7:30 - so total of 10 hours for the entire job. They only charged 1 hour of travel time in addition to the 10 hours they worked. This was the 2nd time we used Remarkable Movers - they were fast, but safe. They require EVERYTHING to be boxed - which we knew ahead of time - so we boxed 95% of our stuff before they arrived. We were once again very satisfied - 2 items were slightly damaged, but overall, everything else was in the same condition after the move as it was before the move. We had also recommended Remarkable Movers to another family we know, and they were also satisfied with their work.

I was dreading my move, but NYC Fast Movers - Packing Specialist made it absolutely painless. Even though an additional stop was added without his previous knowledge, Mike and his crew worked tirelessly and without complaints until the job were through. All the furniture arrived undamaged, and all furniture was placed until it was just as we wanted it. Thanks again to Leon and his awesome crew!

New York Best Movers were great. Mike was so responsive and flexible in our planning and also very personable. The leader of our team, Lenny, was extremely eager to please us and seemed patient beyond expectations. All the men worked very hard and all of our belongings came through in great condition. Grace was also very helpful...We wouldn't use any other movers and would gladly be used as a reference.
