I ordered a hoodie and watch at aeropostale.com for my niece for Christmas. When I received email confirmation it had the hoodie on but not the watch, so I immediately emailed Aeropostale customer serice and was assured all was well the watch and hoodie were shipped. Surprise when I got the package there was no watch just the hoodie and a stupid plaid shirt I never ordered and didnt want. I contacted Aeropostale again and was told they were all out of watches and if I wanted to return the plaid shirt I had to do so at my expense and to boot had to run all around town looking for a UPS hub to send it back. I was not happy as first of all I had the email confirming that the watch and hoodie had been shipped and now they are telling me the plaid shirt was substituted because they ran out of watches. I had paid for a watch and hoodie and didnt get what I paid for. I had asked them to send me prepaid box to send the shirt back and they refused that was my problem now they couldnt do... Read more

i registered for aeropostale's specials that are sent to me thru email and i found that their specials are a total rip off. they occasionally have extra reductions for their clearance section, but i found that the up thier prices and then offer the discount. For example: i was eyeing on this jacket. Clearance price is 26.99. got an email approx last month saying the is a 30% off for all clearance items... i check on the jacket the price is all of a sudden at 40$! and today i received an email saying there is an extra 50% off clearance i check the same jacket and the price all of a sudden is 53.99$. so after calculation the price with the reduction equals 26.99. Basically the specials are all crap, nothing speical at all but a scam! Makes me thing twice if i want to shop at aeropostale online again!

Im getting tired of people saying it is cheaper then AE and Hollister because recently Aeropostale is 2/3 more expensive then AE.And 1/3 more expensive then Hollister and has the same exact quality as AE and Hollister.Aeropostale has very good customer service compared to AE and Hollister. I do reviews on popular namebrand clothes.I went online and everything is organized. At the mall everything is organized. They have very good prices.I definetly agree for you to shop at Aeropostale.

I love that Aero is so cheap! However, I don't love that the shirts are all WAY TOO LONG. I mean seriously, I put on a tank top, and I always have to adjust the bottom so that it doesn't look awkward. I shop at other stores like Aero and their tank tops are not this long! I mean, at Hollister and American EAgle the fit just fine, but Aero tank tops increase in width as the size goes up, so basically it's like a foot long! Also I have shirts form there, and the words faded really fast-that doesn't happen with my shirts from other stores. So yeah...but I like the Bull dog sales where shirts are only 5 bucks, def. worht it:)

Best store ever, they always have sales, so they are definately not expensive (but wether they have sales or not, really depends on where you live) The ones in MI have sales every freaking weekend! I got six shirts and one hoodie for only $80 and a free bear last weekend! The quality of the clothes is good and they are very comfortable. The colors are nice and i like the logos, and not all of the shirts have them, if you look hard enough. I love how they're form fitting, it's definately a store for us thin and sexy people! So no fatties better come on and try to knock this store down! Seriously, it is NOT a store for fat people. The XL size is equivelant to probably a medium in other brands.

1 Star After ordering on www.aeropostale.com<http://www.aeropostale.com&g; t; this year, I have found their customer service to be very poor after a mistake on their end was made. I had ordered 2 sweatshirts (among other things) on their website on Thanksgiving day. 1 was to be a size Large and the other a size Small. When I received my order I noticed that I had been sent 2 size Large sweatshirts. Upon contacting them and notifying them of the error their company made I was hoping for a simple solution. If you do not have it in the size Small that I am looking for in that colour, I was willing to go with another colour in it's place. They tell me that they couldn't change the item to another color and offer it to me at the same sale price. ?? I would have to return the sweatshirt I received (at my expense), to receive credit back, and I would have to place a new order for the other sweatshirt, paying any difference in cost. After than speaking with a manager expressing my frustra... Read more

Aeropostale is my #2 favorite clothing store w/ American Eagle the 1st...I even got my mom to shop here! ~pros~ -everything says aeropostale on it so everyone knows your wearing a name brand! -Cheaper than American Eagle (probaly the cheapest named brand store ever) -Employees aren't pushy they let you pick out stuff on your own without being bothered. Its not one of those buy something and leave stores -They have the best sales in town! such as cheap graphic t's and BOGO free jeans -Its very popular ~Cons~ -quality is kind of low -you need a key to unlock the dressing room (AKA ask the employee to unlock the door) -some of the designs do get boring after awhile -the jean sizes are strange compared to other stores and its hard to find slim t's in the store other than that Aeropostale is awesome!

Aeropostale is a great brand for what it is - a youthful, extremely reasonably priced brand for kids and very early teens (8-13 age range). The shirts and pants are much less expensive than American Eagle, and the quality is pretty decent as well. Anyone past the age of 13 most likely will not find anything, unless they are very petite built. The shits have bright colors, and a youthful all around look. You won't find anything too different than the typical graphic tee, with a nice cardigan or button up shirt here and there. If you are just looking for a very budget friendly, yet stylish and popular brand for kids, Aeropostale is the best out there. It is easily a good 15 - 20 dollars cheaper than American Eagle

This store is disgusting as they carry all these mens clothes in extended sizes up to an XXL but when it comes to "Girls" which I object to ... why don't they call it boys and girls, why is it guys and girls anyway?... when it comes to WOMEN, no sizes above 13/14 are carried with the exception of a few 16s and very few 17/18 (extremely few and these are described as "slim" styles in addition. In this day, we do not need this store to do this to the average woman, who exceeds a size 16, from the latest opinion. This store carries plenty of girl sizes..1/2, 0, even 00, but nothing in larger sizes and yet discriminate by carrying XXL for men. Are we to assume that this store considers it okay for a man to be larger xxl but not a woman. I've tried on shirts and sweatshirts in this store and a woman's xl is extremely small and I am not the large a woman being a 16/18 and 36C. It is very wrong to call 17/18 an xxl for women. I am this size and far from being xxl. This store can stuff... Read more

I would have to say I am very disappointed in Aeropostale. I placed an order online in the morning when the confirmation came over I noticed I changed the billing address and not the shipping address. When I immediately called they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I find that an extremely poor customer service. This all happedened within the hour. So I would have to say make sure your order is exact or there is nothing they will do for you!

Aeropostale is a great store with great deals. I get a lot of my jeans here, but even the "short" kind are long. They also have some great deals in their clearance, the only problem is that you buy a t-shirt and the next day....you see ten people with the same shirt. It's bothersome. I like their cami's, their really comfortable, and they have great comfortable t-shirts. They're unfortunately trying to copy every other store, and I feel like they're trying to copy Hollister's "So Cal" idea. Also, their cami's get holes super easily.

AEROPOSTALE--- We all have our own opinions and we all have different styles..but i believe that aeropostale is a great store. Aeropostale may not be designer or something high quality but it's a great store for a normal person. PRICES-- I know that some clothing from aeropostale are overpriced. But let's face it. They're popular..but they do need to face that there clothing may need priced down a little..but i guess thats what keeps those clothings sound cool..i mean people wont think much of a piece of clothing that is priced for $5. but if someone showed up and said check out my new shirt. It cost $25.!!!! You would be known as the one with the coolest clothes..which would make aero more popular... FASHION-- As much as you complain about the prices you must admit that the style is majorly popular..so it's worth it..right?! FABRIC-- A lot of you say that there fabric gets holes easily..but then you say hollister and abercombie and a.eagle are great. Well there all ab... Read more

I love Aeropostale! Okay, maybe not that much personally, but I am in middle school. In middle school, if you wear Aero, you are considered cool and preppy. All the super popular girls wear only Aero! The good thing about the women's side is that it makes your waist look skinny. The quality is okay, but no one cares! All everyone care about is how cool it is to wear Aero! I would die to wear Aero! Well, I do, but just not that much.

Too bad there's no way to rate it a 0!!! I have a TON of clothes from there. All they do is copy other stores, but make them cheaper and crappier quality!!! And by copying I mean Aero Cali 1987 on their shirts, I mean they obviously copy Hollister! Every shirt I have from there get holes. It may seam like you're getting a good deal but your actully getting magorly ripped off! Most of the shirts I have from there, I can only wear once. Don't even get me started on the jeans cheap fabric, ugly, polyester? Why would you shop there please tell me why!?

I tried to like this store, because tanks and camis there are cheap, but comfortable. But then, they started plastering their logo even on camis! Almost every piece they sell has their logo on it in giant, obnoxious font.

Idk about y'll down in de states but here in Canada our aeropostale is way different than yours from your descriptions. For example 1. Only about a third of the shirts have aeropostale written all over them in fact only yhe graphic tees do. 2. The quality is quite decent as in I was pushed about 4 meters across the floor on the back of my aero shirt and nothing happened to it and this is after having this shirt for about half a year. 3. Everytime I ride my snowmobile there and enter the aero igloo there is always a store clerk who tells me about some great deal like 2 tees for 15$ or half price on all polos so they are like 10$ meaning they have good pricing AND good customer service as in employees always run upto me asking if I found my size or if there's anything they can do But then again I'm only an innocent Canadian EH?

For the quality, the styles, and selection, this brand is a rip off. It's is definitely EXPENSIVE for what it is. You are better off saving your $ and shopping elsewhere. Although they have "sales" or "clearance" items in store or online, it isn't really a sale when they hitch up the regular price and then mark it down to make it look like they reduced it 50%-70% as they claim. A simple t-shirt or tank for $29.50?! come now. Then they mark it down to $14.50 making you think its a wonderful deal. T-shirts at this store are not worth $14.50 much less $29.50. I opt to shop at other stores where I know I really am getting a good deal and not fall into the sales and advertisement schemes this company so "cleverly" has done.

Aeropostle is ok, but the only thing that I would ever buy from there are jeans and shorts. The only issue I have there is that I'm a size 0, but there 0s give so so much extra room in the waist. Nut if i move down a size there way to small for my but and too short. I really hate how they don't really have any more... muted clothes. I think all the bright colors and aero scribbled all over everything is tacky. Don't get me wrong I love color, but it looks like a circus exploded in there!

Aeropostale does have good quality clothes at an affordable price (I won't call it "cheap".) However, one thing that annoys me the most is that they have 'Aeropostale' written all over their clothes. Can't they have something that is similar to clothes in JCPenny's or Sears'?

The clothes are pretty well-made and reasonably priced, but honestly, does EVERYTHING they make have to have the word AEROPOSTALE splatted on it? I mean, Abercrombie doesn't do that 1/2 of the time, but this is just pushing it.

I will never order from Aeropostale on line....I ordered a pair of pants, I got a 15% off of my order, I paid for the shipping..no big deal....pants came in but they were not long enough, I called customer services they told me I could return them but I had to pay for the shipping to send them back or I could take them back to the store....took them back hoping I would get the correct size in return...they didn't have the size I needed....I ask if they could order the size for me.....they were so rude, they told me NO I would have to do that myself...I just returned the pants.....I did order on line with American Eagle, the pants I order came in and fit really good plus I went to the store looking to see if they carried my lenght, they didn't but they ordered them for me in the store, I didn't have to pay for shipping and they are being delivered at my house....Aeropostale needs better customer service! I don't really like aeropostale, its always crowded on weekends and totally empty on weekdays, and once I brought this tanktop from there and the next day when I wore it and string in one of the strap came off and the whole strap fell apart, and somtimes I get the impression that its cheap. I hate this store.  They lost my order...my daughter's entire Christmas.  They offered me nothing for my trouble, just a partial order since the items were no longer available.  I can't even be sure those would make it in time for Christmas.  You can't buy the plus sizes in the stores, so I would have to put faith in a company that already majorly screwed up!  Just so all of you know, they bill your credit card in a matter of seconds, but can't refund your card when it is there error for 3-5 business days.  BEWARE, THIS COMPANY TRULY SUCKS!!!

Well..in 6th and 7th grade I used to be in love with this store. Until Hollister came around to our mall (in late 2007), it used to be the "it" store of teenagers. Hollister basically bonked it out of business. Every time I go in there, it's either empty or it has, at the most, two shoppers. The workers got overly annoying, following you around everywhere and pointing and random stuff. Now, I can't stand going in there because of the stalking workers. Also, the clothing has gone up in price, and more of the shirts say AERO on the front. I find that really tacky. I can't believe that they slid down to the Hollister level of a walking billboard. Oh well.

I never shopped there before but I liked their clothes, I spent about $220 there when they had the 50% off everything sale. So far, a pair of pajama bottoms ripped and there is a hole in one of my sweathers. I am gpoing to try and exchange them today. I am worried now about the quality of the clothing. I like the store and the staff, but I am not sure if I will buy from them again.
