my humble and sincere appeal to the past, present and future customers of pathy housing private ltd bangalore. It is a surprise and shock to see how a cheater is successfully running 26 projects(finished, ongoing and future) in India. In India only fraudulent cheater do business successfully and nowhere else in the world because these fellows purchasing the politicians and government officials by throwing away 1 or 2 plots in every project. The very pity part of the affected parties are not joining together to fight this great evil person and tear away the mask to expose the real character of this firm and its managing director. He engaged in such away its staffs are not only convincing the customers nicely but also become thugs(gundas) whenever genuine and honest customers challenge the M.D and its company regarding non-performances. Earlier i have giving my review but now after a long communication mr Ramesh[ex. serviceman]frompathy housing contacted me and said i checked all yr documents you have to pay last instt.+ registration amount. than we will registerd you a plot in Sky city insted of New Bangalore colony'.I agree i hope for the best in further and many many thanks to mr Ramesh

K.B. Pathy director of Pathy Housing is a big fraud hence please be cautious dealing with him. He collects money from all people and stops answering the phone calls and never comes in front of us again. He makes silly excuses saying he is hospitalised or he is out of town or hands over the mobile he has to some karnataka language speaking person where you do not understand what he is saying. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS DO NOT PURCHASE PLOTS OR PROPERTIES FROM PATHY HOUSING . When we call Pathy Housing a crook stupid person named Naik is been appointed as manager for pathy housing who is not only arrogant and his behavior is not even friendly with the client's he use foul language and says what ever legal action we wish to take he permits to take and says we pathy housing shall see the legal matter is pushed till next 15-20 years and that time we wont be surviving and before that we shall dissolve the company and our legal heirs shall not be liable for any consequences since we are going to del... 1 stars I had a very bad experience with Pathy housing on a property deal in Bangalore. I would like to create a forum and highlight various issues NRis had encountered with various property deals in India to Central Government. If somebody is interested, please let me know..

I also want to present my views about pathy housing bangalore. i am an ex service person and invested my hard earnemoney in pathy housing new bangalore project. I paid all my instalment without delaying and after that i have not heard anything fromMr prabhu and even they are not responding saying that their director is in dubai andit's been 3 years now i have not recvd any information. even their delhi branch is closed now and Mr Prabhu who took money romme is not contactable. anybody reding thispls give your suggestion on this.

I understand Pathy housing is under pressure . They are not able to give documents and the sub divisions are far from complete. Anyone know if these plots are selling at biosoft or pentagon or at electronic city ??

look srinivasan try to be an indian buyer first. here he has done business for 15 years and now hiding himself and you are trying to save him. why don't you give us your complete details we shall meet you at dubai itself. we have formed a forum of 20 members planning to meet press at bangalore. when his registered office and staff are available at bangalore why not him. his arrogant staffs with unpleasing manner talk to us, while we are requesting them to be polite. on the other hand we should do the same. There arrogance is not the answer to our payment. I had read all the reviews posted on Pathy Housing - am sure some of you must have gone through some kind of communication gap which lead some of them to be angry and frustrated. I am an NRI based in Dubai, employed in one of the leading companies as GM. I had met Mr. Pathy in one of the property shows in Dubai and had booked 4 plots in Pentagon and effected 90% of the price. It was nice of Mr. Pathy to get the plots registered after which he collected the balance which am sure no one in the real estate business will do. Within a short period of time I also received the Khata and parent document of the project. Now, I have booked with him in his Ooty project which is excellent and he keep sending me updates and photographs. I am a customer of Mr.Pathy I have purchased a plot from Mr. Pathy In the year 2003 in the layout called Sun City was handed over possession immediately. I had the privilege of selling the plot to one of the buyer at appreciable price, wherein I was immensely benefited in this deal. I would like to re invest the money in another layout of Mr.Pathy. I strongly recommend buying plots from Mr.Pathy in any of his Ventures.

Guys, i booked a plot in Pentagon Phase-I devdeloped by Pathy Housing. I had been given a great chance of paying the amounts in installments. I hope this is dream come true for people like me who can never pay the full amt in one time. While i had booked this plot with minimal amt, even i was wondering why someone should would give such a offer when people are ready to buy for cash. I had this doubt throughout the period of my installament payment. I dont want to get into details of Pathy's vision or thier company policies however my dream of owning aplot in Bangalore has come true through Pathy's offer. Now after 12 months, i got registerd my plot. All papers were fine, i got excellent coperation from Mr. Loknath and Mr. Rupesh. They have their own limitations but inspite of this they never said no to any of my requests. They were always wiling to help me out and also gave me good suggestions for other land dealings. There seems to be a genuine problem with Pathy Housing. If Pathy wants to be in this industry then he has to answer his clients calls or this thing may not continue for long. After sometime everybody will come to know his deeds. Hope Pathy developers are reading this and they understand the situation. Pathy may achieve success but it will be very short lived with this kind of approach. At the same time i request the people who have invested in such dubious projects to take help of police and media (TV9). There may be many who would be thinking to buy a plot from Pathy with the hard earned money. Please, Please, Please, before someone falls into this trap, request everybody who are already in soup to highlight this to Media and Police so that people are aware.

I agree. They are on a slippery slope. With the real estate market falling, there is a high probability that they will not make us whole. Pathy is evasive. Are you saying that they have multiple people registed to the same plot ? This is a big problem .

I like to remind all that all the Pentagon investors who invested in the said project might be lucky either to get the plot registered or even Pathy might have given the possesson of the said land. We investors of Sun Silicon City have been taken on a ride by Pathy Housing, neither Mr Pathy nor his staff are co-operating they are rude in language, hence the previous investors who commented using harsh language and words for his family as well as Mr Pathy himself are not at all wrong since every investor in Sun Silicon City Project has not yet got the possession of the plot nor Mr Pathy is agreeing to do the Registration, hence the said previous investors are sure to get upset and disappointed. Even after completing the payments many investors are still in dark that Mr Pathy is good and well mannered only the Sun Silicon Project people knows the actual way he treats his clients. I think my previous friend is rated about Pathy Housing unbelivable iam customer to them since 1985. I have bought plot at hosur in New Bangalore Annex in installment. And after few years in Pentagon city which approved by BMRDA. consent permissions are found and approved by few banks for loan. My friend previous review is not good on your part. You may some diffculties with pathy and business do not pull is family and personal. Your not a ethic person ur bitch and ur family may be bitch do not comment something hill about some body u do not know properly. this crook person pathy says he is in dubai london but has no courtesy at least to reply or communicate with his existing clients to find out whether they are happy or not satisfied with his dealings. Never has he ever called me nor has send any letter questioning the reason for calling or my interest in contacting him. He just wants money this bitch will never live happily he will be gaining only curses from all people he has traded with. He can never be happy man shall suffer from numerous diseases which shall have no treatment on this planet.
