Seems like the most important thing to us human beings aside from food, water and shelter is communication. People needs to communicate with each other on a regular basis whether for a quick chit chat or discussing something important. Long distance communication is used to be expensive but with hundreds of calling cards to choose from, you can pick the right one for your needs. Now you can even call from the internet and if you are calling someone connected to the internet too then your call is free. I've tried many calling cards and I keep coming back to Onesuite. It's cheap and reliable and they got phone support 24/7. Onesuite has many features not available in other prepaid long distance service. Features like pinless dialing, online phonebook and VoIP are very useful to me and their rates are competitive too.

OneSuite.com keeps on adding features to their services. I initially just use it as a phone card for making long distance calls but times had change and now people travel a lot and free wifi connections are all over public areas like airports or coffee shops. So I also use VoIP for making calls and I'm glad I don't need to sign up for another service because I can use the same OneSuite account those quick VoIP calls. They also have forwarding and fax service and at the moment I don't have the need for those but it's nice to know its available just in case I might need it in the future. Onesuite provide around the clock customer support so anytime I need help with my account, I can just phone their toll free number for assistance. The service is prepaid by the way so there's no bills to come and everything is on the internet.

This company has been bad from the beginning. Frustrating customer service...they are friendly but can not do a damn thing to resolve your issues. Receiving faxes worked less than half the time. I wanted to purchase fax numbers for each of my employees but they ran out of my area code after my initial purchase (of course now I'm thankful this happened).

Wow. Customer service encounters of the frighteningly dumb kind. OneSuite's service may or may not be great. I was trying to buy the call forwarding service + 800 number that they offer on their website. I called to find out how much the 800 number would cost as the price is listed nowhere on the website. The girl I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain to her the general procedure for purchasing 800 numbers, then ask her if they did indeed offer such a service. The girl I spoke with couldn't wrap her head around it and kept repeating two things "I'm confused. What do you want?" and then reciting the cost of the forwarding service "$2.95 plus 5 cents/minute" which we both already knew, as it is stated plainly on their website. After 10 minutes of talking in circles, and listening with increasing frustration to the above phrases 4 or 5 times, I gave up, said so and that's that. Unfortunately, I will not know how great/terrible their service actually is. All... Read more

I just called One Suite to get information on their service and after my initial question I was hung up on and when I tried to call back my calls wouldn't go through. I asked where they are located and was told Los Angeles, CA. I then asked if their entire business was located within the United States or was it just a marketing or virtual office located in Los Angeles, CA. So I guess that tells us they are not located within the United States and are trying to hide it.

Did not refund my $10 deposit. I signed up for this trial and decided to cancel. To get the refund of your deposit, they will not let you email it. Had to call them and answer a whole bunch of questions to ask for refund. Told me that I would get it in a few days. Waited longer than that and still have not received it.

OneSuite.com offers long distance calling, at apparently very attractive rates. However, those rates do not reflect reality, as systematically we have been charged for non-completed calls. Non complete is a call where either no connection is ever established, or no one answers at the other end, or the line is busy. OneSuite still charges us for it, as if the call had been completed. We have also remarked OneSuite charges the connection time as if it were call time, that is, even while no one has yet answered, they are charging you that time! OneSuite indicates they do refunds, for calls shorter than 1 minute. They make the process complicated, obviously to discourage people from seeking refunds. And even if you do follow the complete process, they have never posted a refund to our account!!

I signed up for the OneSuite unlimited incoming fax service. For $1/month - its the cheapest plan I have found. Well - I kind of got what I paid for. Half of the fax connection attempts either failed because the line was busy or the line quality was so bad that the transmission could not be established. And this is not just trying from one fax machine but multiple fax machines all over the US. I called tech support (which is obviously based in South Asia somewhere) and they were courtesy enough but each time only answer I got was "OK - we are going to send test faxes." Well guess what? When you fail 50% of the time, you will get the test faxes through if you try often enough. Anyway - after give the service a 5-month chance to improve, I decided I had enough of the aggravation and uncertainty. I needed a fax service that is cheap (unlimited incoming since I get about 500 faxes a month) but reliable! So far I have found it in UnityFax - a few more dollars than OneSuite Fax but no proble... New Onesuite user here. Just started using their service early this year when my friend recommended it to me. I had this trip to Europe and used Onesuite service so I didn't have to pay roaming charges from T-mobile. We all know that roaming rates could cost you an arm and leg especially if you need to make a few calls a day. When I came back home, my Onesuite account still had some credits left so I decided to subscribe to their other services to use up my account. Surprisingly, I ended up adding more money to it since I got pleased with their VoIP feature and fax to email (at $1 a month)incoming service. So far I get very good connection when making calls through VoIP and as far as I know I didn't miss any faxes too. I give Onesuite 4 stars :)

I wanted to use the OneSuite Fax service, and the price seemed perfect. I installed the software -- three times -- and never could get it to work. So I called customer support. The person I ended up speaking with did not speak English very well at all and was obviously reading from a script. At her instruction, I uninstalled and reinstalled again -- three more times -- with no progress. She put me on hold a couple of times to talk to her technical people. Finally, she said they would need more time to investigate and would get back to me. Twenty-four hours later, she called and said she'd spoken to the tech people and they wanted me to once again uninstall and reinstall the software, this time rebooting the computer in the middle. Same problem. When I suggested that maybe it would be more efficient if I just spoke directly to the tech people to resolve the issue, she said, "Oh no, they don't take telephone calls." So I realized this wasn't a company I wanted to do business with even ... Read more

Had you asked me 2 months ago, I would have rated this company as the greatest thing ever. Right now I'm miffed at how hard it is to get a connection, and how *OneSuite charges for calls that did not connect*, and how hard it is to get a refund on those. 1) it is getting more and more common to have an "all circuits are busy" message when calling our local number. 2) While before most calls would connect, I dare say 25%-40% by now just get empty air when calling overseas, depending on the country, after you got through to the point you dial the call in. Calls to US and Canada numbers are still excellent, and a great value. 3) Doesn't matter if it's empty air or the phone ringing in the other side, it seems that most missed calls get charged now, definitely to cellphones overseas, even if the message machine doesn't pick up. I agree that if a message machine starts, you would be liable for the call, but if it just rings in the other end, and you cut the call and try again, OneSuit... Read more

Onesuite is really your all-in-one communication provider...the jack of all trades. I started using them as a basic prepaid calling card with online access to my account. Then they added an online fax feature albeit just for receiving only. After that they jumped the bandwagon and put voip in their services. And just recently they upgraded their online fax feature and now its capable of sending faxes too. It's a big help where you don't need a separate account for your voip needs not to mention an online fax feature that comes handy from time to time. All this comes with around the clock customer support both by email and by live customer service.

I'm always been Onesuite since 2004 when online phone cards are very new. I signed up with Onesuite back then because of their transparent billing, they got online access for everything. You can add money online, change your information, see your phone records, etc. I also tried using other phone cards available to compare rates but I always end up going back to Onesuite because of their better rates and good call quality. It's been 4 years already and I still find Onesuite to be among the best out there.

New Onesuite user here but so far I am very much satisfied with the quality of my calls and the rates I am getting with their services. Savings is the number one reason I opt for a prepaid phone card service versus using my phone provider long distance service. The savings are just incredible, Onesuite rates are most of the time 1/3 less or even half of what I'm used of getting from my phone provider. The only thing I regret was why I haven't found about Onesuite much earlier. On the other hand I was thankful a friend recommended Onesuite or else I'll still be calling with a much higher rates until now. Another thing unique about Onesuite is their 24/7 customer service. So you can call them in the middle of the night asking for anything about Onesuite or even those things thats not covered by their representatives like how many digits are there when calling Russia and they will find ways to help you.

I have been a OneSuite customer for a few months, for a mix of long distance calls within the US and to some parts of Asia like China, Philippines and Japan. Line quality is often great and their prices are very good. Their reliability also improved from the first few tines I've used it. One feature I had found very helpful was their dedicated fax & voicemail line for $1/month called MessageOne. Onesuite Voip feature is also nice but I really haven't maximize it yet but tried it a few times and quality is close to using their regular phone card services.

Well because of the nature of my job, making long distance and international calls are quite norm for me for many years now. I exclusively use phone cards to save but lately the quality is getting from bad to worse. I found a couple of good ones with nice rates and better quality but the minutes randomly disappear for no reason at all so I thought of making a complaint but theres a problemthere is no support number. A close friend of mine told me about the phone card shes using and referred me (we both got bonus minutes for the referral) to Onesuite. I signed up using Paypal (you can also use Mastercard or Visa) and bought $20 ($10, $15, $20, $30 are available too) of credits and in minutes I was connected to my friend in India. Rates are very good in all countries and some (about 2 dozens or so) have their own access numbers, meaning you can use your account whilesay in India, China or U.K. Disappearing minutes are now a thing of the past because in Onesuite you can check your a... Hey I saw that Kiplingers best list too and wondered what was Onesuite doing in their best phone service top list because I never heard of it. It turned out Onesuite is a phone card company with voip features. I decided to check and try and the most I could lose was $10 Is aid to myself. Though the lady I talked too (Onesuite cusomter support) said they refund unused minutes/money if the customer is not happy with the service so that made me do it. So I've tried it and guess what, its not perfect but the quality for its rates are very good. I think I'll change long distance provider, I just need to inform my current one first and maybe give Onesuite one more month and see if its really good.

Im a frugal person and I almost always go for items thats on sale whether in food or clothes. Thats why I always check the internet for cheap services, good refurbished items and quality but inexpensive goods. Just last week Ive read about Kiplingers best list -> http://www.thesunsfinancialdiary.com:80/articles/ki plingers-best-list/ and saw Onesuite under Best Phone service category. Curiosity got the best of me so I wnet to their website and signed up for $10 to try their service. Low and behold, Kiplinger was right. The service is inexpensive and at the same time calls are clear and connection is very good. I also tried the VoIP service and the quality is also good. Now to check if their customer service is really 24/7 I tried calling them at the wee hours (I worked and sleep late) and the guy answered my call within 5 rings. I gave them a rating of 9 overall.

All in all Onesuite Phone Card offers great service, cheap, fast, convenient and great customer service. I am surprised the company is not known worldwide as it offers cheap rates to almost any country, landline and cell. I had no idea a company could charge so little for long-distance calls. Simply amazing. Customer service is top-notch and reception is grand. Would definitely recommend this service to friends and I have.

Just recently I noticed that I am spending more than I can afford on long distance calls. So I decided to check the forums and the internet for reviews on calling plans, prepaid cards and voip providers. I decided to try Onesuite because its less risky than everyone else. You need just $10 to start and just in case you don't like the service you can call them up for a refund (I specifically confirmed this first with their customer support ) and fortunately I don't have to call them back for a refund. What I like most with their service was all things can be done online. You can add credits, check call history, change profile, password, etc. Your Onesuite account can be use also for Voip, just like what the previous review says, it comes handy when you need it. I tried using the voip just for the sake of knowing if the quality is okay, I can say it exceeded my expectation. Onesuite deserves the props, hope they continue giving great service.

This is a great alternative to calling cards. We used to buy the cheapest calling cards we could find. We have to change pin every month or so, and quality of the call varies depends on the provider of the card. Sometime we don't even know how we could used up so many minutes so fast when there is not log to track your usage. Onesuite is awesome. It got so many features: no pin, no connection fee, full calls log and usage. The best part is the rate is as low as the cheapest calling cards we bought and great voice quality. Now with the addition of VoIP feature, Onesuite has added ways to like them even more.

Being a traveler just like myself, I need a good phone card that I can use anywhere without the hassle of buying another one if you use up the minutes. Onesuite is a hassle free cheap phone card that can be use in USA and Canada and about a couple of dozens countries across the globe. Being a "virtual phone card" you don't need to carry a physical card where either you lose it or somebody might be able to use it. Onesuite just recently launched SuiteAdvantage, their VoIP feature/service. Now Onesuite customers can make phone calls virtually anywhere as long as they have fast internet connection and a computer. SuiteAdvantage has lower rates, virtual phone number (you can choose your own area code) and cheap maintenance fee of $2.95 that includes free incoming calls. They also got very good lines where you can depend on. It says on their website that the validity period of the account is 6 months, but you never lose your money because the next time you recharge your card, whatever am... Read more

I am a former SunRocket subscriber and I just want to gove props to Onesuite for doing a good job so far. It's only been 2 weeks since I signed up to Onesuite but I am very satisfied with their service. Customer support guys are polite and very well mannered. What made me switched however was because of their VOIP service pay as you go plan. $2.95 monthly fee is free for the first month until 08/20. So far all my calls are good and Onesuite has a lot of features other voips or prepaid phone cards doesn't have like online transaction access in real time, online phone book and pinless dialing. Overall Onesuite suits my needs and my budget as well.

Well I don't usually write reviews but I'll make exception on this one. I am a very satisfied Onesuite customer and they never give me any problems. The least I can do for them is to spread the word. Making long distance calls has never been cheaper and easier with Onesuite, they got features like Zip dial (where you register the phone numer you will frequently call from) so you don't need to enter your PIN and Rapidial (an online phonebook to register your frequently called numbers, up to 50 phone numbers) where you only need to dial 2 digits plus # and the system will automatically dial the corresponding phone nubmers in your Rapidial list. These 2 features when combined saves you a lot of dialing and time. You can access also your account online and in real time. So you can check those phone numbers you dialed 2 weeks or 2 months ago, see how much you've been paying, how long you've been staying on the line, etc. Their rates are just incredible too, I can call my friends in Canad... Hi guys...I googled for "cheap long distance calls" and found this site and thanks to your reviews I was able to know about this cheap long distance provider Onesuite. I tried it out and signed up and started making calls to my friends and relatives all over the U.S. to check the quality of its calls. To be honest the quality is very close to a normal direct distance dialing and I really didn't expect it at the Onesuite rates which is very very cheap - 2.5 cents within U.S. and 1.9 cents to Canada. I also called my best friend in the Philippines and its still good. Thanks to rateitall.com I was able to know about Onesuite and will be able to make more long distance calls from now on. Grace

I got to agree with cegan that Onesuite is not your traditional calling card, its definitely more than that. Onesuite has been great to me especially calling some parts of Asia and Philippines where some of my relatives and friends are staying. With the added voip feature, now I can even make calls thru my computer and it comes handy when I'm not at home or if somebody is using our landline. Onesuite is your alternative long distance service provider, give it a try.

I will definitely let ya know if anything changes, but for now, I say give OneSuite a try. You will be happy you did.

Whenever I travel, which is often, I make sure to fill up my OneSuite account. It doesn't make much sense to pay obscene international charges on your cell phone, or to buy a SIM card if you're only going to be there a week or so. Better to have a calling card. OneSuite isn't a traditional calling card, though. Rather than having to carry around a physical card that you might lose, the whole thing is online. It's also got a whole lot of features that traditional calling cards can't have: speed dial, voice prompt, fax and voice mail capability, broadband access (aka voip), 24/7 customer service, int'l access numbers, and sign-up and recharging via either PayPal or regular means. What they don't have: hidden fees, pin dialing, monthly fees, connection charges. Cheap rates for pretty much all over the world. The smart way to call internationally.
