Blogger Forum is the best, in my opinion, for relevant discussion about blogging. I have been a lurker for two years in the Blogger Forum.

This forum is one ofthe best resources on the Internet currently available for Bloggers. It has a big list of topics, very active, and was very aggressively moderated for spam postings. It is good for newbies. You can ask questions, get professional advice and even get your blog reviewed by other members.
Unfortunately, the posting on the forum is temporary suspended due to the enormous amount of spam. Hopefully, the normal forum operations will be resumed in the near future. As a sign of appreciation of the 4-years achievements, the site was granted a highest grade.
