I've never felt the Lions uni's were a rip-off on the Cowboys because they were a team before the Cowboys entered the NFL. The Lions have always worn the silver pants, Honolulu Blue jerseys and silver helmet. What I don't like about the Lions alteration of their uni's this season is that they have caved-in to marketing demands, and, like many franchises in all sports, thrown in black to their color scheme. They have a black face mask on their helmets and have outlined their numbers and stripes with black. I don't have anything against the color black, but when it has never been a part of your color scheme, and then you suddenly mix it in-I don't like that. I like sticking with the colors a team has had all along. It gives them a unique look that is identified with the particular organization.

Their chicken is the best, especially the original recipe. In addition, the gravy with their mashed potatoes is, hands down, the best. Drawback: their prices for their meals is WAY overpriced. Chief reason why I rarely eat there now. Perk: trans-fat free. To serve the best fried chicken and be able to offer that to their customers is noteworthy.

Oil is controlling almost everything right now. We must start domestic drilling in addition to a full-time commitment to finding alternative sources of energy. Both ideas will lower the price of oil per barrel and return a sense of normalcy to our economy.

We'll see immediate change if Congress would allow domestic drilling. OPEC would lower their prices immediately by a minimum of $50 per barrel.

The oil industry is making more money than ever. The high prices charged by OPEC and fueled by speculators have the major oil companies laughing all the way to the bank and consumers crying each time they fill the tank. I give this a three because the long-yerm outlook for this industry is not as bright if this country taps into alternative sources of energy. Everyone knows we must, but when will it happen? In addition, if we lift the moratorium on domestic drilling, OPEC would lower their prices, overnight, by a minimum of $50. This stagnates the growth of this industry internationally.

2nd best to KFC. No crying here if we eat chicken from Popeyes instead of KFC. If you go to one of their chains that actually makes their biscuits they way it was intended, you are in for a true super-high caloric treat. Their specialty is  spicy chicken, and if you're a cajun person like my wife, you'll love it! No one else equals Popeyes in this category and it separates them from KFC. Side items overall don't equal KFC, but they do serve red beans and rice and it's pretty darn good with their biscuits.

Good southern-fried chicken. Everything else on their menu is average. Not overpriced like KFC. Not as good as KFC either.

Their profit margins are higher than ever. They do not need to be charging what they are now. When oil fell by $8/per barrell a week and a half ago, the prices at the pump were not altered. When the price per barrel rose by $3, it was relected at the pump.

They come after China and India. Both parties are guilty. Dems won't allow drilling as well as a few Repubs. Repubs won't pressure US big oil companies because they are in their pocketbooks. No reason for $4/gallon gas right now. This can and should be resolved.

Hands down the main reason. These people are not riding bicycles everywhere like they did just 10 yrs ago. Their demand for gas is way up.
