To obtain case status updates and to speak with a Representative about your case, you will have to contact the Call Center at 1-877-423-4746. When you call the Contact Center you now have to allow the system to go through the entire options menu before it will allow you to select an option. You even have to allow the last option to be announced that tells you how to end the call before the system will allow you to select the option you need. You need to select option #4 from the first set of menu options then option #2 from the second set of menu options to speak with a Representative.
