Lawrence Coburn, Co-Founder and CEO

An original founder of RateItAll, Lawrence has been obsessing about social media and consumer ratings since early 1999. Lawrence is a frequent public speaker on the topics of User Generated Content, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media Distribution, and has founded, mentored, and consulted with numerous Internet start-ups. Lawrence holds a BA from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University. In his spare time, Lawrence can be found playing hoops, blogging on and LocationMeme, and hanging around the Mission. Check out his reviews.

Mathew Spolin, CTO

Mathew has had over two decades of experience developing large-scale systems for Bay Area startups as well as companies like Oracle, Lilly, IBM, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, GSA, etc. Prior to his role at RateItAll, Mathew was the CTO and co-founder at Resilient Inc, an Enterprise process start-up. Previously, Mathew was the CTO and Chief Architect at Noosh, a B2B collaborative commerce start-up which Mathew helped bring to S-1 filing. Lena Cardell, UX Design Lead

Lena is RateItAll's user experience design lead responsible for designing RateItAll's web and mobile applications. Prior to joining RateItAll, Lena was an interactive designer at Hallmark and 21xdesign. Lena holds a degree from the Tyler School of Art, and in her spare time can be found early adopting new web applications and finding new and creative ways to ingest caffeine, often at Ritual. Vijai Mohan, Senior Developer

Vijai is RateItAll's Senior Developer, and is the development lead for the site. Vijai has architected many critical aspects of RateItAll's web and mobile applications including the RateItAll API,, RateItAll's Facebook Connect Integration, site performance optimizations, and many more. Vijai holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology in Coimbatore, India. In his spare time, Vijai can be found hiking the national parks of California, watching movies, chilling at La Taza, and riding his bicycle around San Francisco. Check out his reviews.

Jose Jimenez, Community Manager

Jose is RateItAll's community manager responsible for site moderation, adding new content to the site, responding to user feedback, blogging, tweeting, and otherwise interacting with RateItAll's wonderful visitors. Jose has a degree in Economics from the University of Granada and an MBA from the California State University East Bay.  In his spare time, Jose can be found at the Latin American Club, El Farolito, and playing hoops. Nicholas Swanson, Marketing Intern

Nicholas is RateItAll's marketing intern responsible for developing and executing strategies to find new users for RateItAll and DoubleDutch. Before RateItAll, Nicholas founded a web design company. Nicholas has a BA in Marketing from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing his MBA at San Francisco State. Kathleen Bahr, Content Manager

Kathleen has been actively involved in moderating online communities since 1999. Kathleen works very closely with RateItAll partner Kraft Foods, where she provides content management and moderation guidance for the Kraft Interactive Kitchen. Fergus O'Daly, Director

Named by New York Magazine as one of the most influential people in building the Internet, Fergus brings extensive experience and leadership in advertising, marketing and Internet strategy to Clickability's board with more than 30 years in the communications business. Fergus is the managing partner of Fergus O'Daly Associates. An advertising industry veteran, O'Daly has spent years at the helm of some of the industry's most successful firms. In addition to his tenure with BBDO, Darcy and Bozell, O'Daly co-founded Poppe Tyson Advertising and was one of the original founders of DoubleClick.

Hooman Radfar, Advisor

Hooman is the founder and CEO of Clearspring Technologies, the leading provider of widget syndication services connecting online publishers and advertisers to audiences on the social web.
