Is there a half star option? Budget almost wrecked my move and had a "Sorry Sucker" attitude the entire time!

I got a phone call at 6PM on the Friday before my Sat. 9AM move. The store clerk who called said "Sorry. Try UHaul." I called Budget's 800 customer service number and a ornery customer service agent said she would have a manager call me in the morning. "But I'm moving in the morning!" was all I could think. The customer service agent couldn't help find another truck...or she didn't want to. She sounded like she had other things more interesting to do than help me out.

So I called UHaul and they had a truck- and guaranteed it. Most people don't know that when you "confirm" a truck with Budget it is not guaranteed. UHaul guarantees thier truck reservations. I understand that in the rental truck business there are unforseen circumstances, however, I would have appreciated a better attitude and a greater effort to help me fix the situation. Two thumbs down.

Comcast and their overhyped triple play is just terrible. i've had directv, comcast, and now dish network and i can honestly say dish network is the superior service AND lowest price.

despite all the nonstop ads you hear about, comcast had more signal outages than either of the two satellite providers, COMBINED.

a friend of mine referred me to a site for 'friends and family' when i was signing up for dish network. it's good for a $75 gift card. but you don't have to verify who at dish you're a family member or friend to, so really anyone can get this offer, its sweet. it worked for me, try it out.

I used to have DirecTV and the only reason I got it was NFL Sunday Ticket, boy was that a bad decision. They wanted another $100 for sunday ticket in HD ON TOP of the $300 i was already spending. I called to cancel and they threw all sorts of reasons at me why i shouldn't, but i pulled the trigger and i cancelled.

A relative of mine works at dish network and he gave me a special discount for friends and family. it was good for a $75 gift card. I thought why not since i had just cancelled with directv. i got it about a month after i signed up and it was great, the customer reps i worked with were very accomodating and polite.

Better yet, he told me the discount works for anyone because there's no validation process on the site, so you don't really have to be 'friends and family'.

if you're as fed up with DirecTV as i was, try dish network and get this $75 gift card too

This company, their customer service, prices and everything about Comcast has been such a horrible experience I vow NEVER to use them again.

I just got DirectTV and Love, Love, Love it.. what a breathe of fresh air after dealing with the con-men that make up Comcast.

I send packages all the time internationally, I advice to never used this service, you pay to a USPS $12.30 to send your package, you buy the label online , you drop it to the post office and then they have no clue after 30 days where is to package.

this does not make any sense.

There are some stores around the corner that charge $1.5 per pound delivered door by door internationally and you can get the package on 7 days.

I didn't us it because USPS is a serious company, Now they cover themselves with those stupid insurance policies. If you have a business I think you have to stand for it.

ANY BOOTH LEG COMPANY IS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS MAFIA USPS SERVICE.

There were two Food Lions in the city that is next to the town where I live. A couple of employees at one of them were rude. That Food Lion went out of business. The rude employees may have been one of the reasons why that Food Lion went out of business. Those employees was the reason why we quit shopping there.

We started shopping at the other Food Lion. They gave us some free food from time to time because of our patronage to the store. They also started greeting their customers by saying "Welcome to Food Lion." But they stopped greeting people and they stopped giving us free food so we started getting groceries at Wal-Mart.

I 44 Years old signed t-mobile me and my brother receive bill 929 .00 from oct nov had do you like that and said we went over our minutes and did nothing to help us.. when you have 1200 bill including 200 charge shutting the phone.. so how the other company like boost mobile and have same bill 50 that we can afford don't go to collection agency and a recession no jobs out there people be smart don't use tmobile they really suck!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Everything is fine until you have a problem. The store manager does not have the power to do anything about it because it is past 60 days - I made the mistake of purchasing a Christmas gift early - so the return period ran out before the gift was given (on a brand new ring never worn). Corporate tells you to talk with the store manager. The store manager says you need to talk to corporate. 10 months later, after countless e-mails and phone calls, no one ever actually admitted to having any authority to help me. Kay Jewelers is too big to care about one customer. They are inflexible and impersonal. Do not buy from Kay - I know I never will again. I was literally ripped off for $460.

NEVER EVER buy boost mobile!!!!!!!!!! My parents bought me the i465 as a phone because both of them had their phone bills payed buy their jobs, so we had no family plan. They thought they were getting a good deal. Hell, were they wrong! My phone took days to send messages and couldn't download messages sent to it. My phone would never ring when someone called me, I would just get a voicemail hours after they left me it. I didn't get service in places any other carrier got full bars, and calls would often be dropped in the middle of a conversation. I finally convinced my parents to get me verizon for christmas. They wanted me to keep boost until christmas tho so I would be able to get in contact with them. I told them that no phone is better than boost and I, a teenage guy who probably sends 150 texts a day, that i could live without a phone for 5 weeks if it meant not seeing boost mobile anymore, even tho they already payed my bill for the month. I would give boost a negative star rating if i could. By the way all the five star reviews are put there by boost. FUCK YOU BOOST MOBILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR SERVICE IS SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. I've tried and tried to work with this company for years (due to limited availability of options in rural areas.) Finally have had and am switching to a small local cable company, the customer service is the reason, period. From initial install, being delayed weeks, then the rep not being able to the math on where the installer was (hundreds of miles away and computing with time) telling me that they would be there even if it was midnight for a four hour install job, which of course I informed them they would not be, to errors on my bill, to being charged for services I never asked for and having to ask for them to be removed for a period of a year and half, finally received credit. Multiple issues of rude, arrogant, undeducated, unknowledgable, reps. Again this company has one of the worst customer service experiences ever, Avoid like the plague, the availability of channels is not worth the issues of dealing with this company, as well as being far over priced, hassles for networks as well as networks in HD. Plan to add six dollars a move per receiver on top of all other programming.

I personally haven't been stalked by any of the employees,yet. Victoria's secret is very generous
in giving out freebies, I got more than $100 worth of stuff for free! Also, they are very nice when you return stuff and they don't ask annoying questions. I wanted to return a lipgloss($7) for a pair of underwear($7.50) and since I paid 54 cents for the underwear I got to use my coupon for a free pair of vs undies($8.50) with purchase. So, I paid 54 cents for $17.00 worth of stuff! Oh and the lipgloss was a freebie from a coupon I had. The cash register lady was very nice and didn't get confused when I returned my stuff. If you sign up for their emails, you will get great freebies and coupons! Oh, and sign up for Pink Nation, the freebies so far: free tote bag, free undies, etc. The employees get a little annoying, but thats their job and if you don't show signs of discomfort, they won't attack!:) (like if you see a bear, stand still.)

so,yeah, great service, great freebies, and beautiful clothes that are good quality!
but, sometimes a stalker, too.

I ordered two "sweaters" and a "sweater" dress from VS last week. When they arrived they were made out of material that is as thin as a t-shirt. How is this a sweater? One sweater was off the shoulder and another backless making it impossible to wear a bra. That would have been okay, but since the material was so cheap you can completely see my chest through both (and I'm an A cup). I will never order from them again.

They are beyond terrible! I made a move with them back in August 2008 and actually, that was a good move so we decided to go with them again this summer when we moved a second time. The two guys that came to the door were worried because their sheet had said that it was a four family house which was stupid since I told the girl on the phone it was just a 2 bedroom apartment in a 4 family building and I had told the girl that a lot of the furniture we had during that 2008 move had been sold so we had less to move this time. Things were moving along fine until the guys started moving stuff out of the basement and told my mother that they wouldn't be able to take everything. We panicked and I asked, how much can you take and I'm thinking of what I can fit into my car ? I drive a Toyota Corolla. When the guys walked away, my mother and I started wondering aloud, if they thought that we lived in a 4 bedroom house, how were they planning on getting all of the furniture onto their truck if they thought it was more? My mother went outside and saw that they had plenty of room on their truck and she started yelling at them. None of the furniture had been wrapped and they were just being plain sloppy. I was sick since I was the one paying for the move, I didn't know what to do. But because my mom yelled at them, which she was so justified for, it seemed like we really paid for it when they arrived at our new place. Because the guys seemed to be sincerely apologetic and looked scared, we did stupidly take pity on them and chalked it up to them being kids. Our apartment took about 2 hours to empty out, and the ride was only 2 to 3 miles farther north. Even though the place was an upper, we expected it might take some time. It took them about 4 hours to move everything!!!! and to make matters worse, they couldn't get our box springs or couch up the stairs, we had them store them in the garage for the time being. Our landlord told us that they could have gotten our box springs up through the balcony we have, so we called Two Dumbies and a Truck that Monday and asked them what to do. They offered to send 3 men to do it, BUT! it would cost me another $130. It took them about 20 minutes to do it. After all was said and done, we started noticing how damaged some of the furniture was. When the guys moved us, we had them store a lot of it in the dining room because they couldn't get anything straight so we started telling them "dining room," even though all of our furniture was marked and we went through which room was which. it took us about a week to go through some of this stuff and I made another call to a manager there who took his sweet time calling me back. When I read him the riot act about how ridiculous and incompetent this move turned out to be, he started yelling at me and telling me that he didn't have to take my call. He was doing me a favor to which I respond with a few curse words before I hung up. I tried throwing the charge into dispute but when all was said and done, I didn't play my cards right. I got bad movers that I should have kept a closer eye on and should have checked my furniture out better. We've had several people tell us that there was no excuse that they couldn't get that furniture up the stairs. When I moved from a 2 story 3 bedroom house that was eight miles away and only cost me $565, I got to question why a 2 bedroom apartment with less furniture and 2 to 3 milies away would cost me $730. THERE SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! THEY'RE EXTORTIONISTS!!!!

Corporate in Terrible!!!
I’ve been shopping at Food Lion for the spend $45.00 six out of eight week to receive the $20.00 off your next grocery bill. After you receive the 6 points (one point for every week you spend $45.00) we must spend at least $20.00 to have the $20.00 taken off. Well, I received my six points and at the bottom of my receipt it says “Congratulations! You have qualified to receive $20 of your next shopping order of $20 or more. This receipt is dated 11/17/09. On 11/19/09 I stopped at Food Lion and my bill came to $34.82 and the $20 did not come off.
The manger called the 1-800-210-9569 number to be told that they would investigate it, but it would take two weeks and I they fell I’m entitled to it they will send a coupon, I think since it did not come off the bill like it should have, Food Lion needs to send me a check. From talking to the store employees I’m not the first one that this has happened to. I think this is a big SCAM by Food Lion and I would like other to know to check their receipts and make Food Lion pay the $20.00. I think the store employees there are wonderful where I shop, but you can’t get anywhere with corporate customer service, if you do call them you will probably wait at least 25 minutes before getting a rude person that has NO intention on helping you.

We have been covered, or should I say not covered for less then a year with Kaiser Ins. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They have so many loop holes, they find a way to never have to pay for any medical expenses that are not routine.

In the past 10 months, they have made three major mistakes on my prescriptions, blood work and denying payments. If you are considering making
Kaiser your health care provider, keep in mind, you will loose your health!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most un-eductated about their product customer service reps ever. While watching the Major League Baseball package Ive had to call them numerous times when a game that should be broadcast is not available. They always revert to the "major league blackout" argument even when its clear that is not the problem. One rep even told me that MLB games were blacked out if they didnt sell enough tickets!!! LOL when I argued with her, she became indignant. I tried to explain to her if that was the case, there would be no games available on the package. She was confusing it with the NFL. No use. Usually after hanging up the games appears after a few minutes.

Also, dont buy the argument that you wont lose your signal during storms. Living in Florida Ive found out that every minor rainstorm will knock out your signal. Sucks when your trying to record something on the DVR.

Ever notice that you suddenly have to purchase a package upgrade to receive channels you used to with out it? SCI, ESPN Classic, FMC etc... all have been moved to a more expensive package.

Directv used to be at the top of the industry. Ive been a subscriber since 1996, but theyve taken their customers for granted and bled us dry little by little. This spring Ill be switching to FIOS since they now off MLB Extra Innings.

We had them move our large items only. It took them less than an hour from door to door. Half way through the move, they wanted us to sign a contract saying it took them 3 hours to move us. We were told originally that there was no minimum time for moving. When I called the supervisor, he said he would hold our items hostage until we paid. Stay FAR away from this company.
