I like this idea. The language barriers already make it interesting in strange countries but throwing in some contestants from around the world would even make it more diverse.

Every season its: 1 elderly couple 1 or 2 token black teams 1 or 2 token gay teams 1 overweight team 1 parent/child team 1 sibling team 1 or 2 Barbie dolls- 1 generic ALPHA male team-Who cars? 5 or 6 white twenysomething models that I can't tell apart. Yes, they should do their casting outside of California.

Personally, I think this should be an olympic event. Think about it, anyone can qualify, you can be your or old, you don't even have to be in shape to run.
