 | sdlizard (0) 02/20/2008 | This drives me MAD!! I worked for a large bank and customers were always complaining about the people they had to talk to on the "800" customer service line. Then I became a customer and I can't ever understand them and they can't help me because they don't understand what I'm asking for. Also, I work in a hospital. Most hospitals in my area have nurses with language barriers and it sucks! I can't understand them, the patients can't understand them, and they can't understand half of what you say to them. Why is this ok?? Especially in a life or death situation...seconds count!
