Wow, i've never seen worse customer service in my life!!! My advice don't go, ever.

This bar, in my opinion, is the worst bar in Iowa City. The Staff is absolutely rude. The bouncers think they are 10X better than you even though you are their customers. I'd recommend going maybe once just to say you have, but be careful because the bouncers have been known to take people outside and do what they want with them. You would be more safe and have just the same amount of fun somewhere else.

I love Fieldhouse Undergrad or not...the only bad part besides bouncers is how Gross the dance floors get with all the drinks spilled onto it...There should be a rule that NO DRINKS on dance floor

Bouncers are rude, Take ID's even if its YOUR ID!!!, Bartenders barely know how to make drinks... bad bad bad

there's one 5'6" about 180 kid who works here that is a total duesch bag ...HE WILL TAKE YOUR ID, fieldhouse has a reputation for this and he is why...he's one of those that thinks he has power because he holds this kind of position... DO NOT go in if you see him.

Tends to be packed on weekends. They charge a cover when there are plenty of other bars in the area that don't. This is a favorite hangout of undergrads, so this place tends to get out of control. More or less anything goes on the dance floor. It's worth going here once or twice just to say you've been there, but I wouldn't recommend it on a regular basis.
