Israel is the only real democracy in the Middle East and as a US client state they are key to the maintenance of US power in the region.

this is the best way the reason most palestinians hate us and bomb us is because we support isreal so much i mean i thought we where pro human rights what the isrealis are doing to palestinians is deffentley not pro human right i have been there and seen what they do trhey shoot at innocent children and in america they make exuses like it was an accident and when palestinians trough rocks or burn a flag everybody makes a big fuss the isrealis are evil people if youre christian or islamic you should be on palestinians side(christians heres a note the isrealis destryoed some parts of the original church of jesus christ why would you want to support those losers)ans tboney i hope you relize you made friends with some really evil people

This would do a lot to decrease terrorism directed at us.It would also save us billions of dollars.We should not be supporting anyone elses Government and Military.

This is something we should have done a long time ago. Israel is a apartheid state. Palestine has become one too. Let these two places fight it out! The Israelis and the palestinians are going to kill eachother anyways because they are both too stubborn to come to a compromise. So let's not support either!

But herein lies your problems. The US needs to be seen as objective, non-partisan and a balance to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Falling down on the one side alienates the other. I'm not saying that's easy, but it will help ameliorate the current animosity felt in that region.

Israel is an establish counrty in its own right, its not a third world country by any definition and that is why I fail to under stand why the U.S. goverment gives them so much aid. Many argue that the jewish community have a lot of influence over our goverment and the reason this belief persists is because of the amount of funds that are sent to Israel. I am not saying we should cut them off as allies but I think the funds could be spent on other things such as proper armour for Hum vees.

How big is our federal deficit? How about stop giving money to all other nations. We saw what Saddam was doing with the money he was getting from the corrupted oil for food program.

Our blind support of Israel has done more to alienate and irritate half the world's population than any other American policy. It should be stopped immediately. If Israel can't defend themselves with their own money and weapons, then they don't deserve to exist.

Why does America support Israel? There is no economic reason to support Israel... In fact, support of Israel is an endless one way money pit fiasco. There is no military reason to support Israel... In fact, support of Israel is leading our great country into a world war and placing our service men and women in grave DANGER. There is no oil reason to support Israel... In fact, support of Israel has threatened our oil supply. There is no Christian reason to support Israel... In fact, support of Israel places Christian missionaries in Israeli prisons for doing no more than spreading the WORD of GOD (It's a crime to proselytize there). There's no moral reason to support Israel... In fact, support of Israel hurts our integrity for it places us on the side of oppressors... There's no American reason to support Israel... In fact, support of Israel goes against the fundamental concepts for which this nation stands (not to support religious or racial bigotry). If we support their discrimination, then wasn't the sanctions against South Africa hypocritical? We give Israel $10 million dollars a day, everyday of every year. And what do we get in return... Nothing but trouble!!! With that money we could build much needed brand new schools every single day in urban and rural areas, 365 per year. That would be a far greater investment for America than simply giving it away to a bigoted colony of Hebrews so that they can kill their neighbors and exclude others. So, despite the facts, most Christian Americans blindly support Israel to their own detriment. So, the question becomes why? Why will Americans support an Anti-Christian, Un-American bigoted colony of racist Jews at their own expense? For over fifty years a Zionist controlled media has been brainwashing Americans into accepting, without question, the unconditional support of Israel. It's time we woke up from our trance before we are sucked into any MORE WARS for them.
