People are being rather harsh about what Ivana did. It's not like she had intercourse in public. "Crossing the line" would be letting people touch her breasts for $20. Caroline (the anorexic troll) was just jealous that Ivana was so confident in her figure that she was happy to expose it. And what a fine figure she has. Maybe someone needs to take Trump's employees to a strip bar in order for them to see the difference. I'm sure Trump's visited more strip bars than I've had hot dinners so he's just a hypocrite. At the end of the day it was a close call between Ivana and Kevin. Kevin really messed-up reducing the price to $1. But as team leader Ivana didn't act quickly enough to correct Kevin's mistake. Then the strip gimic could have rescued the day if her team had been more supportive - perhaps if the men had offered a bar & to show their pecs for $10. At the end of the day it was their only chance of winning. Not being able to sack Kelly, I would have sacked Kevin. However, Ivana certainly couldn't win the season. Most of the girls have been a mess this year in terms of planning, team work and leading. I know Jen will win, but I can't understand how it's possible? She's such an idiot and only won the last task because of the incomptence of her competitors. Had there been one other team member in her team she would have crumbled as usual. The most she can deal with is one other person so I think she'll be a disaster at Trump. But then again she's no more b*tchy and stupid than Caroline so maybe Trump will carry her too.

I thought Ivana was a stronger contender than the two girls on the other team. She was responsible for some brilliant ideas but was perhaps not a strong leader. I'll miss her as she was simply beautiful.

Just when I was finally beginning to respect Ivana for her brilliant concept of the Levis' wheel, she does a horrible,stupid stunt when she pulled down her skirt. That was without doubt the most degrading, disgusting act I have ever seen in my life. That act was the act of a desperate person, and she wasn't focusing on winning the task, she only wanted to beat Jen (which happened anyway). Carolyn said it best when she said she disapproved of her stunt. So do I 100%! Not even the women from Season 1 went that far. Ivana crossed the line when she pulled that humiliating stunt. Trump did the right thing in firing her. The problem is that it should have been done long ago. She was saved only because Bradford stupidly gave up his exemption.

Even Ivana unable to lead very well but overall she is very hardworking.

I really didn't like her as leader, and she wouldn't step up enough. Plus, she jealous at anything that anyone says.

She was terrible. She loved to blame everyone for her mistakes. Why was she going after Jen? Because she was intimiated by her. She got lucky that she mad it that far. She was by far the worst candiate that year.

Why did she bring up Jennifer who wasn't even on her team? Fatal error.

Pretty insightful and smart. Seems to see the the way the competition plays out and is there to make her point when necessary.

What does she do? Nothing but WHINE!!!! She is the closest thing they have to an Omarosa this season!

10/05..Shame on her for bringing Jennifer and Bradford to the board meeting. Neither one of them deserved to be there. Poor leader and organizer. 10/20.. Coming into her own the last couple of weeks. Sees problems and fixes them. Up one star.

She is a horrible leader. When her group lost, she seemed to place the blame on anyone but herself. Ivana will drag anyone down with her to save her own skin. She's ideal for a job where all she does all day is point fingers at people. When you watch the show and see her in action, only one word comes to mind, BITCH.

She could not organize the group and make proper decisions as the leader. She would not accept responsibility as the leader for losing.
