You guys said he got the leadership,but I don't think most of the candidates from season 2 respect him.To say his a leader,I rather said his a good organiser.I agree he had some organise skill in some task,but when it comes to BUSINESS,I can't saw him improving anything in business ,all he said was Lead,lead and lead,but not money,money and money(business).Compare to Bill Rancic and Kendra,his not a good businessman or entrepreneum nor sales person.A terrible leader,terrible personality,terrible business skill,but good in some Organisation.

So he won. But he's still an arrogant ass.

Comes across as arrogant ( to me). Not very likeable ( to me). Hope he loses.*****UPDATE****** Kelly deserved to win. In fact, the contest was over when he was chosen to be a candidate. Kelly had much of what the show asked for: Real work experience, experience in a position of leader and leadership, college educated and military trained as well as being older than most of the other candidates. You could say he was over qualified for the job. Glad he won.

His leadership is outstading and he kind of reminds of the same way Sandy leads. The things about Kelly is he did a lot better with the interviews and had business mind of his own, clearly beating out Sandy.

I idore him for his leadership. He deserves to be an apprentice.

Should be 4.3, but altogether, my opinion is that he should not have won because, even though he's a great leader, he really wasn't the strongest in my opinion. I didn't like the final 2 that much, and I think it should have been Sandy and Kevin in the finals. Kelly just never really likes t ostand up for himself that much. I'm not a fan of him.

I don't understand why he became the Apprentice. He is like Kwame. He has no balls. He is likeable and very talented, no question. But there were much bigger talents on the show.

There is something sinister and calculating about Kelly's personality. I can't put my finger on what disturbes me about him, but I have to admit he knows who to wow and who not to even bother with. He wowed all four of the interviewers last show. I still hope Jenn wins though

one of my faves to win also..a take charge kinda guy

10/29.. I've seen a pattern developing with Kelly over the last few weeks and last night confirmed my suspicions. He's a control freak of the first order. Not a good thing to be on a team.
