Don't worry everyone, just like their name says- it's goodbye. No more of that airline.

Recently flew first from Irvine to Maui using United Miles. Not a bad flight. Definitely discount but the front wasnt bad for 60k UA miles.

Have flown them (including Island Air)on 2 trips and they lost my luggage, gave me a hard time about finding it, and were planning to leave my husband and I at the small airport in Maui we flew into. You can only take a purse or very small carry on and the airplanes are turbo props. Very scary!Customer service is horrible

they sucks. bad customer attitude and they don't care any of their customer feels and think. They don't care. If you change the fly time a little bit(ex. you late for the oreginal fly), they charge you lots of extra on price. It's gana be far more then the oreginal price and its totally not worth. My suggestion is, if they gana charge you for extra, then change airline! and save the remaining for the next trip.
