Wouldn't surprise me in the least.
Captain America goes to Iraq, hunts down Osama who has recruited the Captain's old arch-enemy Red Skull.
Then he comes home with post-traumatic shock syndrome, develops a massive crack and crystal meth addiction, and starts pimping out Wonder Woman to support his habit.

Marvel Entertainment has said that a Captian America movie could be out sometime in 2008.
