In terms of trade - Scottsdale is ok. But when it comes to withdrawing money, I've had the toughest time. The check will go missing, they will make you wait 10 working days ... and then only then will they take you seriously. I don't know about doing business with somehow who seem good until you ask for some of your own money back.
