Surfers flock to Bondi Beach, although the southern end of the beach has a strong rip current. Facilities include restrooms and showers; there are also underwater shark nets placed during the swimming season.

Overrated. But it really comes to life at Christmas as all the overseas tourists flock there to celebrate Christmas Eve.
