Backup worked just it it was supposed to. Able to get my stuff easily.

I've been trying to backup 50GBs for over two weeks (PC on continuously). My PC has shut down and/or blue screened multiple times. The last time I lost nearly 20GBs of backup - customer support was initially responsive but they have provided no solutions and haven't responded to my most recent emails. I'm about to pull the plug on this fiasco. Great concept - terrible/failed execution (so far). Maybe okay for someone with less than 10 GBs to be backed up.

Easy to set up - easy to use. I'm pretty paranoid and I use an extrenal drive at home, but I feel a lot safer knowing I've got my data "in the cloud."

This product is great. I can set up a backup to run automatically and not have to worry about it again. I can access my files from anywhere at anytime, so if I need a file and I'm nowhere near my computer I can still access it. I can also share files with my friends with just a click of a button. The best part is the price. For 9.95 month I get unlimited online storage. This is better than most of the other online storage sites that I have looked at. This is the only one that offers unlimited storage. It runs smoothly, and I have ease of mind knowing if something happens to my computer I can retrieve all of my files, photos and music.
